Anyone have either or both? Which would you recommend?

I had Carmen Electra's and I'm wishing I went for SFactor instead. Carmen is a cutie for sure, but there wasn't much there to really work with. SFactor from what I have heard and seen is the better and more technical way to go or my personal fave; Fawnia *exoticdancelessons.com*
I have the sfactor book and video and it's great. I highly recommend them.

Carmen's is terrible; not only will it not give you any ideas at all, but it's not even a good workout (which is it's purpose). I haven't seen S-Factor, but I'd try that one.

Both are crap.... SFactor seems to be the lesser of the two evils, but honestly if you are a dancer already SFactor is not made for you it's for women that want to "act" like strippers without really dancing like strippers. Honestly what is a women who just learned to dance and do a couple pole tricks for a movie role going to teach a women that's been really stripping for a couple of years. Being in LA I have gone to these classes and they are crap it's pretend stripper stretching and for 400 bucks for a eight week class to learn to get to your womenhood is crap and not learn any pole tricks or usable floorwork is a little to expensive for me. The cardio striptease is just aerobics with a couple of hair flips, removing layers of clothing, and mimicked floor work.
I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

I HIGHLY recommend the s-factor.

I believe you Dottie and you have my support
For a seasoned veteran, neither are any good. HOWEVER, for a newbie who is not sure about what to do, I would recommend the S-Factor. It gives dance moves and shows transitions...get the book, see the video. I think you'll like it.
I think they also had them on Amazon and of course ebay...
