Happy to respond, although I am not from the midwest.
1) I breastfed my son for 16 months while I was working, and I would clean myself before nursing or pumping. Sometimes it felt a little strange to be getting paid for my mammary glands, but I just figure, men are strange creatures, I don't need to understand it.
2) I worry about my ex getting a bug up his ass and finding a judge who cares that I'm a stripper. Fortunately, we are getting along well right now. Also, childcare options for the nightshift are limited. Furthermore, now that my son is older, I wonder what I am going to tell him about my job. I really want to be honest, but I wonder how/if it will affect him. I might start a thread on that if there isn't one already. Finally, back when I was breastfeeding, about 6 mos. into it, my breasts got REALLY lopsided and no amount of switching (for feeding) would help! It was very embarrassing, but nobody ever said anything. Now that I am done breastfeeding, my breasts are smaller than before, and I didn't have much to begin with, but pregnancy didn't really change my body at all otherwise.
3) No, I would feel my milk "let down" and I would apply pressure to my nipples to prevent it from leaking out. If I was too full, I would excuse myself and go pump.
