    Default Two Great Movies!

    I just wanted to share....

I rented two really great movies tonight IMO...

"The Punisher" - with John Travolta
    &
    "Twisted" - with Ashley Judd

Anyone else seen any great flicks?

I haven't seen anything recent, unfortunately. We're the complete "stay-at-home-with-the-baby" type couple. But, I definitely DO want to see "Ladder 49" (Joaquin.. mmmm!), "The Forgotten", and "The Grudge". The last one looks freaky and scary. I can't wait!

Mean girls was very funny, and movie the notbook was really good and really sad. I was crying at the end of it.
21 grams was also really good.
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind is AMAZING. I have seen a lot of movies lately but those were at the top of my head. I will post more when I remember them. Unfortuntly, my short term memory is not so great thanks to all the pot I smoke so when I remember I will post

The Girl Next Door is a great movie.

I watched Walking Tall this weekend. Pretty good. (I love the Rock and Johnny Knoxville, so I would have enjoyed it anyway... )

Man on Fire was a good movie, too...

Like the car, I'm exotic, erotic, and expensive....

I just saw Ladder 49 (not my choice) and Shaun of the Dead this weekend.

Ladder 49....not bad...definitely one that will make the girls cry. I was with 3 girls...they all were crying at least once during hte movie.

Shaun of the Dead....I really liked this movie. Very Funny.....slow at first, but funny overall.

I loved Bourne Identity but walked out on Bourne Suprememacy with the four other people I saw it with. I have to tell you too, that for me to walk out on a movie says a lot as in my book, Santa Claus Conquers The Martians was a cinematic masterpiece. I thought that the plot of Bourne Supremacy was great as was the acting. The directing though was worse than the Blair Witch Project and seemed like what happens when Stevie Wonder does video editing. The poor directing for me made the movie unwatchable.

Hell, I'll fess up and admit I rented "Mean Girls" last weekend. Not too shabby for a teen flick.

These are older rental titles, for the stay-at-homers:
"Malena" (2000) Italian film, with Monica Bellucci as a beautiful woman with bad luck in WW2 Italy.
"Blow" Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz. Greed, excess, drugs? What's the problem here? You be the judge.

For a night out: "Sky Captain and the World of Tommorrow"- a big treat for comic booky-types and people who would watch Gwyneth Paltrow watching paint dry.

Vaden, i have an admission to make. I HAVEN'T SEEN THE PUNISHER!!! :'(

Sky Captain and the world of tomorrow was one of the coolest movies i have ever seen.

Walking Tall... It's hard for me to imagine the Rock as a southern redneck sherriff (I've seen the original), but i'll have to check it out.

    No clue about Mean Girls.

The girl next door has Sung Hi Lee in it (And her character is even named 'Ferrari' ) How can I not enjoy this flick?
