    Default That time of the month

    LOL, I bet I know what you guys think this thread is about, but you're wrong, I was at a club last night and several of the ladies mentioned how there are usually less girls working earlier in the month than later in the month, I had never really thought of this before but it makes sense, rent and bills have been paid, time to take it easy until next month's bills are due, seems a bit shortsighted but it was evident last night. Anyone else notice this, or any similar trends (i.e. more ladies working on traditional paydays, etc)?

    LOL...at my club, it's always packed at the end of the month with dancers scrambling to make ends meet by the first. There are some girls working double shifts, a full 5 day week etc.

    I see it every month....... Girls who don't have what they need for bills ect.....
    My best friend and I bartend 2 nights a week together and we have one girl every month that we could tell you every bill she has after hearing her whine to every guy she sits with about it......
    One of these days she's gonna get a good round house from me.......No guy that comes in is looking for a rundown on her monthly bills......I don't wanna know, but I;ll be damned, she hasn't learned yet to just shut up and do her job....

    Since dancers generally don't get two steady paychecks a month like most people and get most of their income on tips, their budgetary situation is somewhat more fluid. The smarter motivated gals will save up to avoid having to scrounge for rent money at the last minute. Then of course you have the procrastinators who are too lazy, stupid, or chemically addicted to get out of that cycle every month.

    There is a general perception that if a customer wants the best mileage for his money, the best nights to go are the last two Fridays of the month (particularly in a 5 Friday month, because they know some guys are getting 3 paychecks that month). They know you have money and you know that they need it, so dancers tend to push their boundaries a bit.

    Way too many girls compete for the available dollars during Rent Week.... On Rent Day I got 11 calls from five dancers. When cute girls offer extras for less than $100 an hour in their own apartments, you wonder if maybe they really want an excuse to be escorts.... I offer financial planning help and only one dancer has ever taken me up on it.

    i think its bad to do that becasue guys are needing money at the end of the month to for bills so therefore they are not going to spend much . :-/.....and you always keep a savings for a rainy day or any other day for that matter

    I never noticed it inside the club, but with outside of the club relationship, I know the scene very well to the point where I kind of dreaded phone calls at the end of the month! Especially with introductory lines like "I'm f--ked!"

    I can't speak for the girls. What I can say for certain is that I usually do clubs at mid month since my mortgage is due at the first of the month therefore not much is left on my end of the month paycheck

    Thankfully, my latest furniture purchase (today) was for a female friend who asks for nothing and appreciates everything. That's not to say that the dancers I have bought things for don't appreciate it, it's just the feeling that, sometimes, they could just as easily get it from somewhere else.

    Sad, I'm continually amazed at the insights one gains from collective experiences. It's scary when they start the call with "I'm f--ked." They never say, "I blew off shifts early in the month and spent too much on weed, so now I'm f--ked." Nooooo, it's always some other problem on Rent Week.

    "I lost the money order for my rent, so now...."
    "My ex-boyfriend smashed the windsield on my car, so now...."'
    "My friend ran up a $600 bill on my cell phone, so now..."

    But my favorite is ironic poetry:

    "I just found out I'm pregnant, so now I'm f--ked."

    Sporty:

    "I lost the money order for my rent, so now...."

    That's why I started going with her to pay the rent.

    "My ex-boyfriend smashed the windsield on my car, so now...."'

    Anything that starts with "My ex-boyfriend..." can be equally scary!!! Most of the ex-boyfriends are pulverzingly stupid.

    "My friend ran up a $600 bill on my cell phone, so now..."

    Show me the bill.

    But my favorite is ironic poetry:

    "I just found out I'm pregnant, so now I'm f--ked."

    Head for the hills, Sporty. Taiwan isn't too far to go and Iraq may not be all that bad. Can you imagine being Daddy to one of her ex-boyfriend's kids?

    Sad, I think we got this one figured out. SC Rule #172: All the "now I'm f--cked" mishaps on Rent Week are equal to or greater than half the value of the rent.

    again....... no atf , no contact info, no greetings with "i'm fucked"
    if she says that in the club then i hope she charged alot because I dont do extras and the most she's getting from me is $20 a song and i have a $100 cap per girl that is rarely broken.

    I'm glad this is one lesson i dont have to learn the hard way, i'll be damned if i'm buying a piano
    whats a PL to do?

    LMAO Sporty! We are definitely honing it down to an almost Euclidean rule-set, so we'd best budget accordingly, see what saying "No" gets us or head for the hills.

    Needless to say I loved that one dancer far more than I ever should and you probably would not have seen old SadButTrue's face on this board without her. You just want to believe them so much and she knew it.

    P.S. One correction, I actually I loved her kid and her dad was a doofus at least at one time.

    Default "We're Fucked" Principles

    With my current situation the computation to perpetuate my current lifestyle these days is this:
    M = Monthly Income
    D1 = Dancer 1's cost
    T = Trips per month (in my case bi-weekly or 2.3)
    K = Kid's snafus
    B = Bills

    If M > T * (D1) + K + B , I'm good

    Fishnet's has more variables goes like this:
    V = Video Sales
    Dn = Dancer n
    R = Bondage Room Cost
    P = Plane cost

    If M > T * (Sum(D1 : Dn) + V + R + P) + B . he's OK.

    If you then apply Sporty's extras list principle:

    DX = Dancer X does Sporty's extras list

    If M > T * (Sum(D1 : Dn) + DX(squared) + V + R + P) + B

    and he's still OK, then I wonder where the hell he gets all the money from and do I have to do anything illegal to get in on it.

    For FBR, replace V, R and P with:

    F = Furniture
    O = Other outside nicety's he provides

    You guys do a lot of thinking about this.
    It's actually pretty simple with me: just go out and have fun no matter what time of the month.

    [email protected] Your formula for my costs is off but even using it I'm still okay.

    I really don't compute the cost. I would have died of a heart attack long ago. I agree with aggieed. Just go out and have fun.

    This is why I am a better bartender then dancer......
    I can't ever ever ever see myself doing any of those things to make money....
    I'll dance my ass off, bounce all over your dick, but I would never just talk and whine to get money....

    I guess I am just to nice of a person, and don'[t have it me to be a bullshit hustler.....
    That's why I make more behind the bar I guess.....
    That and I'm old.......LOL

    Bone-bouncing and Johnson-jumping are both admirable pursuits, Evilcyn!

    Those posts were a product of waking up at 4AM, thinking too much and not being able to get back to sleep. I hate that!

    FBR and Fish, what're we all gonna do if we one day couldn't afford a dance. You guys scare me with how much you spend. I guess I've always wondered if we could get freebie dances from the ATFs we've had if we were down on our luck!

    Here we go on this topic.......

    Last night I am behind the bar like usual, thinking about how Sept and Oct are always so slow...
    Luckily I had a regular who stopped in early in the night, and tipped me nicely.. This started my night off nice... A $50.00 tip was a great beginning to what looked like a slow night.....

    So anyway, this is wht I am a better bartender..
    A girl, with the sob story or rent, bills ect..
    Has a customer drop off to her, not even come in to see her drops off to her $400.00........WHAT !!!!!!
    Iam all happy with my $50.00 tip from my regular who at least came in to see me, and have a drink or 2 while were talking.......

    I don't get it, $400.00 for waht ?????? These girls think it is just part of the job to see how much they can get out of guys this way, and I really hate it....

    Do your damn job and if they give you lots of money great ........ I know that he is the one handing it over with no gun to his head but come on!!!
    Done venting now thanks !!!
