    Default Freedom of Discussion

I know that everything we post here is pure fantasy, not to be taken as true and is for entertainment purposes only But have any of you wondered or been concerned about posting or talking about certain things that might be construed as illegal in particular areas? We're all adults here and should be able to talk about whatever we want but sometimes we get into situations where we dont know what the rules are.

For example, say Poster X talks about the he paid a dancer $100 for a BJ in VIP. Or perhaps a dancer says she did certain things for $'s at her club. I know names if mentioned get deleted which is good but I suppose its still an admission of sorts.

We know this is a private board and I assume that Pryce and Chuck are the ultimate judges of what is appropriate to post. Its good to know that if I said anything out of line they would hack and whack my post, give me a stern warning and then sentence me to 50 spankins from Amber This board is pretty mild compared to some of the stuff you read :o and we have clearly stated rules of behaviour as far as how we interact with each other.

I dont know what got me thinking about this but Im just kinda curious. Perhaps this post should be under a different forum or sent directly to administration. I was just interested if any of you had ever had concerns about your post comments. You read all the time about LE using web info to bust people.

i dont name dancers or clubs if im going to mention an act that occured. it LE reads the boards they'll see what clubs i go to......but its more than one, so there's no way they could figure out who was doing what where. they know stuff goes on, they dont need to look online to find out if illegal activities are taking place. all they have to do is walk in and look for themselves.

I recall having posted about a certain "episode" at a club here in PR and shortly after I made an edit, but someone else had already used my original message in a quote
Otherwise I'll admit to paying for extras, without further details. Then again we are or should be aware that this forum does not encourage "extras" as a must in the strip club experience. Besides, there is plenty to write and read about our GC adventures so why be explicit ???

You know what I hate? When somebody on TUSCL or stripclublist who is obviously used to super gorgeous dancers and/or super high mileage, goes on vacation where the dancers aren't as attractive and/or contact rules are more stringent and gives a club a bad review because he couldn't touch the dancers, let alone touch them there. Some idiot was on SCL berating my former favorite titty bar in Lincoln, NE complaining about the unattractive dancers and stringent contact rules as if it were the club owners fault! (Apparently some people were hiding under rocks when SOB ordinances were invented).

And no, I would never post anything about a certain dancer, doing whatever act, for whatever amount, in fact, I tend not to name names at all because I know that a lot of club owners are less than amused with discussion of the goings on of their establishment in a forum where anyone, law enforcement included, can read it. I wouldn't want my favorite club or favorite dancer to get into trouble.
    Former SCJ now in rehab.

Dr C ...I agree with what your saying 100%. Talking about individuals by name is a no no here and I believe Chuck deletes any of those kinds of references. The thought I was trying to get across was that if a person gets on the board and starts talking about their own adventures (which in some cases cross the boundaries of legality) is he or she saying things which might come back to haunt them at a later time? By haunt I mean self incrimination. Or are our posts viewed as pure works of fantasy and therefore OK as long as overall room rules of decorum are adhered to?

I dont think I got my thoughts across very well in my post (it was early when I wrote it) and Im too lazy to go back and change it now LOL

Not all that is discussed here is fantasy. But being that it's the internet how would you know for sure anyway? Whatever is said here cannot be acted upon unless it is collaborated. That's why all those hookers who say they make mucho buckos in their line of work on Jerry Springer do not get a police escort down.
The next thing is that if you have any common sense you are using an alias here. The internet secures your animity. For all you know I might be a monkey pounding at the keyboard.
The one thing we should be concerned with here is slander. Everyone should refrain from making damaging remarks to others reputation.

    Amber,
Forget about the police, the club managers read these boards as well. I know a Dancer X who got fired exactly because someone posted "I touched Dancer X's tits the other day." He didn't need proof, just the publicly posted message.
As for your example, the public admission to a crime is reason enough for an investigation to begin. If you don't believe this, go into an airport and talk about having firearms on your person.

Unknown, anything can start a rumor and prompt an investigation. I don't think that employer was justified for firing that girl because of what was posted on the net. Being that you can be fired for nearly anything he gambled on the prospects that he wouldn't be challenged.
Yes ,if you even joke about the possibility of carrying weapons at an airport they will investigate you. Hear on the net I'd think they'd go crazy trying to link some testimony to the author. How do you know the message wasn't written by some imitator? If they try to prosecute solely upon an email message I'd think most likely that it would be thrown out of court.

    Dreamer,
I have a friend who received a visit from the Secret Service because of a message posted on a USENET discussion. This was well over a decade ago, before there were mandated methods to track peoples internet usage.

Of course there are people tracking sensative transmissions. The NSA monitors all phone calls. Unless you are addressing someone is high profile no one is going to be bothering you. Besides that, you can't get blood from a turnip. I don't know who wants to bother with the expense of tracking the authors down for such heresay chatter. How many people take us seriously anyway?

Actually you can. There are people monitoring web fourms and bb's. No question about it. You can be liable in many circumstances. Child porn is a good example and a closely watched area on the net. Time and time again a search warrent can be obtained based on suspicions culled from web transmissions. Certain key words may flag a response, so the phrase used earlier regarding the pres. could be flagged, analyzed, and determined harmless due to context, but it would not surprise me if it got looked at. People take these kinds of things seriously, although I doubt they care if you got you sack rubbed last Thursday.

BTW, The NSA is a lttile more targeted than you think!

though we have heard of stupid haste in war, cleverness has never been seen associated with long delays
