    Default Leaving the club broke...

I know you guys here are pros and this never happens to you but I actually left a club totally flat ass broke the other night. It was a spur of the moment visit ( I had a hall pass from home LOL) so I only had $280 on me. I tipped at the stage a bit more than usual and in larger denominations, $5's instead of singles. I had met one of the gals a few weeks ago so I invited her over to my table when she had a minute.

She came over shortly after an outfit change. We chatted for a bit and after doing a few mental calculations I knew I could do (4) laps with her and still head home with 50 bucks...beer money for the rest of the week. We did them (which were outstanding...maybe she was glad to see me ) She came back to my table after the dances and we chatted a bit more but then I got the ol "...I'll be right back..." which meant she had looked around and spotted a regular LOL I was cool with that, though..biz is biz.

I was just getting myself mentally prepared to leave when this gorgeous redhead came over to my table and said "...I saw you sitting and talking with xxxx. She was laughing and having a great time. I bet you're a sweetie. May I join you for a few minutes?" I know she was just stroking my ego but hell at my age I'll take any stroking I can get LOL. After a few minutes of conversation Im like sheeeeet looks like no beer for me the rest of the week. Off to the couch we went and good bye the $50 bucks.

The next morning on the way to work I stopped at the carry out to get a bottled water and when I opened my wallet the moths flew out LOL I told an abbreviated version of the story to the clerk whom I know semi-well and he cracked up (a potential SCJ LOL) He said "..dude, the water's on me.." I owe him big time as I had a major morning-after beer thirst. I chuckled all day long about what had happened.

I have no idea what the moral of this story is but I thought I'd tell it and see what develops on the thread LOL
Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.

That's when you need overdraft protection on your checking so the ATM keeps on giving. LOL.

FBR, if it makes you feel any better, I've become an expert at making $20 last a week till payday. ROTFL!!!
