    Default Compliments/Complaints

In any business, you can recieve excellant service or really crappy service. In extremes or either side, I will often report my likes or dislikes to management.
Take waitressing for example...if my waitress went above and beyond the normal standard for service while I'm there, I will normally write a letter to the management of the establishment expressing my gratitude for her superior performance. (Along with leaving her a great big tip! )
Just wondering if anyone has done this in the SC world? Ever written a letter to the management of your club stating that they were smart in hiring (dancer's name here)., that she is fun and does her job really well?
If not, it might be a good thing to think about. Show you're dancer you really apreciate her. (I just wouldn't add if you like her because she performs those extras oh so well! LOL )
Just wondering if it's ever been done and if you would ever think of something like that?
    Luv,
    Amber

No, I have never written a letter about good service in a strip club. It would be a total waste of time, as most managers and owners really dont give a shit! And that is even if they can read! Remember Amber, you arent dealing with the best of business people in this industry. Most owners and managers that I know, would most likely take the letter and throw it in the garbage! Also, they may just think it is some kind of stalker and not want to show it to anyone. Remember, this is a unique industry!

although i mostly agree with money, i actualy think that it would probably do more harm to the dancer than good. management might take that as meaning she MUST be doing extras to solicate such a response from a customer. and they would therefor place more scrutiny on her. so that even if she was rarely performing extras or performing/allowing minor extras, they'd come down on her more than the others. ofcorse, all managers are different. but thats just what i would envision happening, and i therefor wouldn't want to do that, for fear that id screw the dancer.

I might consider sending them a letter commending or complaining about the operation of their establishment, but I would not dare mention a particular dancer simply because the turnover rate at strip clubs is notoriously high and in some places like Las Vegas, you'll have girls come in there, work a high traffic week and then go back to California or wherever they came from, so what would be the point.

Needless to say, I've never done it. The best compliment in my mind is to spend a wad of cash there.

I did email the new club I went to this past weekend and let them know what a great time I had with all the ladies and that they were very friendly and the club was clean and comfortable.

I've actually been planning on writing a letter to the manager about my ATF. The club needs 50 more girls like her. He knows me and he knew my ATF before she was dancing. I don't think it would hurt anything.

If the dancer is an "independent contractor", then the owner/manager has no reason to care, and long as the dancer pays tipout/stage fees, etc. and the rubes buy drinks. If I wanted to to something for a dancer, I'd give her more money - the owner certainly wouldn't.

We are talking about an industry where it's hard to compliment people in the normal way. If I come on a website and say good things about a favorite dancer 2 things happen: Guys show up at her club asking for extras 'cause they assume that's why someone is posting about her and other posters (usually jelous dancers) come on the site and call her a slut.
If you write a letter about a dancer to the average club owner he will tell his floor men to keep an eye on her, she might be doing extras. As a rule, if you show up for work, stay out of trouble and earn for yourself and the club, management will always have a place for you on the schedule.

I post Metro Best awards in specific categories on TUSCL twice a year. Dancers appreciate that. I make fun of dumb rules and managers.... I sent an e-mail to the owners of Amber's club about four dancers (Amber included) that I thought were primo. Most owners don't care about anything but the money.

Interesting, Lap, because Metro Best Natural Beauty is the most coveted award in the Providence metro area.
