Default Which Is A Bigger Annoyance To You?

I suppose both dancers and customers can answer this although I'd suspect our reasons for whichever choice may be different. So input please:

    vs.
High Hustle Clubs vs. No Hustle Clubs

Granted they can both be annoying as hell. But which of these impedes your ability to have a good time at the SC, and for the written part of this mini-quiz, which situation seems more prevalent at the clubs that you visit.

I voted the couch potatos being the more frustrating. I consider the wanna dance girls as just trying to do their jobs. The only time that gets annoying is when they hang out after you say no thanks and impede your ability to spend time with your fav.

My club has a mix of both. The only thing I don't like is that some of the hotter new girls are very hard to get a hold off. They spend a lot of time in the dressing room, then hang on together on the floor, so approaching them means entering into a group of 3 girls to ask one of them to dance.

The wanna dance girls at my club only take a few seconds out of my time for a no thanks and they are good about moving on to the next guy.

I just hate hearing that, "Wanna dance?...Wanna dance?....Wanna dance?..." constantly from as soon as I walk in the door, particularly if its a slow night for customers. I REALLY hate when the dancer doesn't take a subtle NO for an answer and starts grabbing my arm and pulling me (trying) from my seat telling me that I really want a dance from her so come on. You can count on the fact that I'll NEVER get a dance from her!

I dislike High Hustle and voted that way. I dont have too much of a problem because most of the girls know that I hang with members of the flock pretty exclusively (although others are welcome to sit if they just want to visit). Theres this one dancer that was bugging me for a while. If I came in early and was waiting for one of the flockettes to show up, she would always come over. You can visualize the conversation:

Pesky Dancer: (coming up to my table) Hi how you doin?

FBR: Just chillin and waiting for (insert flockette name) to show up.

Pesky Dancer: Are you waiting for somebody?

FBR: Yes Im waiting for (insert flockettte name again) we have a club date.

Pesky Dancer: Oh, I didnt know you were waiting for somebody. Can I sit until she gets here?

FBR: Well, OK but Im waiting for (insert flockette name for the third time)

Pesky Dancer: (sitting down) I know you only hang out with certain girls...

FBR: Yes thats right and I know (insert flockette name) will be here any second. (looking at my watch) We just talked on the phone a bit ago.

Pesky Dancer: Oh, I didnt realize you were waiting for (insert flockette name).

After about 30 seconds of silence as Im looking around the room:

Pesky Dancer: So, I bet you want a dance, dont you?

FBR: Yeah, just as soon as (insert flockette name) gets here.

    Another minute of silence:

Pesky Dancer: Well, I guess I better go (insert flockette name) is here.

And then POOF she was gone.

I was probably a little rude but after several iterations of this same conversation during several trips, I wasnt in the mood to be sensitive. I still see her once in a while but at least she stopped coming over.

You should have given us "other" as an option DC. It makes no difference to me. If I'm at the club, I have a playdate and am just killing time till my girl's shift starts. Since Sat. is my usual night, I'd have to say it's fairly high hustle. The girls that know me leave me alone. Those that don't give the "wanna dance" a whirl not that it does them any good. It doesn't bother me. They are just doing there job.

Vegas was fairly high hustle too. And that was a good thing. I was being my usual picky self and probably would have left without any dances if the girl hadn't chatted me up and had a good personality. I would have missed out bigtime. LOL.

I personally prefer a good club with no hustle. Must have good dancers but clients should freely decide if they want a dance or are just content on tipping onstage. If it's no hustle but dancers suck or the atmosphere is not one that'll make you confortable as you are, forget it

I don't mind a hustle club if the dancers are nice about not being able to get dances from certain clients, since they will from others. But if they make you feel like you're no good 'cause you don't buy dances then that club is also not worth it.

LOL, I don't like either of those choices, I voted they're both irritating. The lesser of the two evils to me would be the non stop hustling, but only if they accept my "No thank you's" without putting up a fight.

Let me try this again loged in.
I said both. It's the club not the dancers fault. The club I go to the most have a "mystery" dance. On saturday night it's like every 5 mins. It's where one of them have a prize and if your the lucky guy you win. There are about 15 to 20 girls on a saturday night. I have learned the way around this: If your "taken" they leave you alone. I try to keep a dancers drink on my table all night. That's the ticket lol. The place has too many tables and chairs and it's like a jungle gym for them to get to you anyway. This club has its share of "couch potatos " if you will. But I'm going to leave that alone.

I put both are irritating, but I wont track them down. The most I will do is tell them (or hint) at stage that I am interested. To the wanna dance, if I say NO that means no, leave me alone. If I say not right now, that means I have not decided yet try later (but not within 1-2 minutes).

Wow, 17 votes so far and its a tie. Around here, laziness seems to be the bigger issue as there generally isn't a lot of money to be found.

But the weather cooperated last night did the local girls ever come after me. Just the right amount of hustle. (Must have needed Christmas money really bad as many were complaining how slow business has been). I hadn't been to either club in three months and I had gals at both of them remember me from my last visit, which hasn't happened since I had an ATF. Maybe they secretly read SCJ behind my back.

I'll have a full TR as soon as I can get it all out of my head.

Doc, the way you've constructed your poll makes it practically meaningless. First you say those who hate high hustle which are the customers who are reserved about spending money. Then you say motivating the couch potatoes which are the dancers who naturally would prefer people beat a path to their door. The final choice is for dancers or customers saying both are irritating.
What was the point of this poll? It doesn't seem to have one.

If I am a customer, I think both are annoying. Trying to beat the vultures off while attempting to hail the dancer who strikes your fancy and finally resorting to waving twenties in her face before she'll get off her ass... it's obnoxious.

As a stripper, I love them both. The vultures don't make that much in my area; "Wanna-dance"ers are simply lazy. The Dressing Room Junkies who refuse to hustle also don't make anything. That means that the lounge is mine, alllll MIINNNNNEE! They make my personality and ability to hold a conversation look all the more appealing.

Look at it this way. I hate 105 degree weather in summer. But I hate below zero weather in the winter even more. I don't like either unpleasantry, but the latter to me is the harder of the two to tolerate.

I simply asked which of the two choices was the "greatest evil", and thusfar most people (assuming they understood the question) didn't seem to state a preference.

Note: In case anyone misunderstood, the question was meant as an "either or", although I added the "both" option for people who couldn't make a choice. That option should have read something along the lines of "equally irritating", but I must have accidently edited that word out when starting the poll, and I can't go back and change it. If you misread this, change your vote accordingly please. Sorry for the goof.

No worries Doc, I still hate the hustle. I know who I'm going to dance with at my club, and ask them for a dance. And tell the others no thanks. But they have to ask its part of the job.

For me the lesser of two evils is the couch potato dancers.

At least the "wanna dance" dancers are working.

From a dancer POV, I have found that some customers don't want to be asked and prefer to do the asking themselves whereas others prefer being asked. I can't always tell who is which type of customer and so it depends on my mood/attitude whether or not I am assertive (not "wanna dance".. that's agressive and not lazy-ing about).

I just make sure the customers know where I am in case they do want to ask me for a dance (not the other way around).

    Dear Doc,

The thing is that you've opened the poll to dancers as well. Each side is going to represent their own side. It's like you ask the question in a sports bar, "Who do you think is going to win the championships this year- the Mustangs or the Falcons?" Well all the Mustang fans are going to vote the Mustangs and all the Falcon fans will vote the Falcons. All the undecided will vote either side will win.
No matter what the vote comes out to it will in no way determine the results of the game. The only thing the poll seems to determine is who is more present at the bar at the time- Falcon fans, Mustang fans, or the uncommitted.

Neither High Hustle or No Hustle bothers me. I view High Hustle as dancers doing their job. Few dancers can just stand in the middle of the Club and have tons of guys just waiting for them - most have to work it to varying degrees. For me, its an accepted part of SC going as much as seeing wonderful women in various states of undress. No hustle can be quite pleasant, for I can essentially enjoy the Club at my own pace, but I dont lose anything in the least if there is hustling going on.

What is annoying to me is High Hustle AFTER I have politely declined the offer. I don't mind little quips like "You sure? You will have an awesome time" etc etc etc. after I have said no. I do mind when they grab my arm and try to drag me off, give me dirty looks or make snide comments, or won't take my No for an answer and don't leave. My No means No, and I never want to be rude about it. It makes me wonder that some girls would need a "NO.. Get the Fuck Out of Here" to get the picure (something I would never say, but can be at times sorely tempted to).

High Hustle before the No is okay - its part of the experience. High Hustle after the NO is extremely annoying.

yah, ive been gone a while. but now that im unemployed, ive got plenty of time to waste on here and give people stuff to ignore!!!

well, if she's so hung up on him, maybe she should call him. maybe it was a breakdown in communication that caused the whole thing in the first place. if i had the chance to be with someone i cared much about im pretty sure i'd call.

    so amber, wanna dance?
