For some of us a year has gone by,for others it is coming up on a year. What is the best thing you have learned here in that year. Or what is the best thing you have learned clubbing the past year?

Don't make me spank you!
My SCJ anniversary date is May 30 so it will be a while before I can celebrate it. I'll buy everybody a cyber beer when the day comes(gotta love cyber beers..you can be a nice, generous guy and not cut into your LD budget LOL)
Im sure Ive learned a bunch of stuff but a couple of things stand out in my mind. First, Im not alone in my addiction. I have a number of friends ands acquantances that go to clubs but until I came here I didnt realize there were other guys who spent rediculous sums like do and smiled while doing it LOL. To be honest, I thought there was something wrong with me :idiot: LOL In spite of this relevation, I recognize that I may be clinically nutzo but I know Im in good company LOL
The second point is I know I have a much better grasp of how the whole customer/stripper game is played. Yes, I do stumble ocassionally, but when I think back how naive I was a few of years ago, its almost laughable. Prior to my ex ATF, I had two other dancers, also in Indy, who played me like a violin. Girl #1 was my virgin SC experience. I dropped cash on her in almost Fishnet-like intensity LOL We met once for lunch but that was it for outside activities. She disappeared for months and then reappeard at my old club. I only saw her that one time there. She was the girl that I wound up doing #20 on the forbidden list in VIP. Havent talked to her since.
Girl #2 dangled the carrot but never came through...kinda like Sads ATF in his recent ATF post. We went out a bunch of times but never did the deed. I even had her naked in my hotel room (she was changing clothes) but I never got what I perceived as an clear invitation. After a while, I wound up blowing her off when i realized (duh) that I wasn't going to get anything from her other than requests for cash LOL
Ive talked about the ex ATF many times so I wont digress there. She was full GFE but boy did it cost me LOL In spite of the heartache I dont regret it .
As always, my drama continues. Two full privates with Miss B (I call those BBD...Before Boat Dude) and an upcoming one with Miss D. Miss C is still waiting for me to call her for that lunch/whatever date...it comes up every time I see her. None of this comes free...Im old so I have to pay for fun...but at least I recognize things for what they are. Thats personal growth and progress in my book LOL

Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.

Well I’ll have 1 year on 12/29… it’s seems like yesterday that I joined this forum. This place has become my second home. I am on every day and when I’m not, I feel I’m missing something. When I took on the responsibility of being moderator, I thought that it would become a job and I would loose the fun of the forum, but just the opposite has happened. I love being the Mod. Everyone, with some exceptions, is more than happy to follow the rules and make my duties so much easier.
I’ve made so many acquaintances through this forum over the past year; it’s like having a cyber family. I have even had the pleasure of meeting several fellow members in person. Each one was just as I imaged them to be, pleasant and fun to be with. The ladies I have met are so lovely and the guys, well, not pretty to look at, but fun anyway… LMAO
This place has made my forays to SC’s a much more pleasant experience. I also learned that I’m not alone with my addiction… kinda like AA LMAO I learned that there are a lot of fellow PL’s out there, God bless them all.
I just hope Pryce & Girl Friday continue to have the energy to keep this site up and running for many more years to come.

Even better, you never need to appoint a designated driver.Originally Posted by FBR link=board=1;threadid=1097;start=msg16336#msg16336 date=1072037698
Hmm, things that I've learned in the last year from my experiences. My top ten (ah hell eleven) so to speak:
11. Unless you know the girl or cash isn't an issue, stay out of Vegas VIP rooms.
10. Double dances rock! Even better if the dancers are sisters.
9. The silver lining of a bad lap dance is that it will save you money over the next two months.
8. One cover charge in Las Vegas costs more money than four in Oklahoma City.
7. Not censoring yourself is always worth the cost of a few karma points.
6. You can never have enough smileys.

k:
5. Putting money in a tip jar can be fun when the dancer lets you use the, ahem, alternate tip jar.ng:
4. Dancers aren't the only ones being stalked leaving the club. To that asshole in OKC, thanks for the car chase.

3. I can still have fun at a SC on $30 a night.
[s]2. ATF's are more pain than their worth. I don't miss having one. [/s]
2. On a slow night a club in a depressed economy, just buying a few dances can make you feel like a big spender.
1. We've got some damn fine ladies on this site (and the pink site too I suppose). My thanks to Bridgette, Amber, EvilCyn, Susan, Megan, Naomi, Velvet, Lilith, Mariah, Alanna, Rayanna, McCain (who left us back in May) and anyone else whom I forgot to mention. You gals rock!

It's important to share opinions-even if you don't agree with them all of the time. Stripclubs, dancers, and the men who enjoy them, do not make for good water-cooler talk in most cases. It's good to have a place where we can share thoughts about a topic that most non-beleivers don't really understand.

I cant believe I have only been on here for 6 weeks. If I learn as much the rest of the year as I already have, well...I will probably save money.

What I have learned:
1-Being a PL is not necessarily a bad thing.
2-It's okay to be a PL as long as you can afford it.
3-With as much money as I spend at SC's there are others who will out spend me.
4-FBR loves his drama.
5-What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
6-You can never please everyone, at the club or on this board.
7-Never get a dance from an unknown dancer who approaches you from behind.
8-To a dancer "maybe later" means "yes, definetly later" ???.
9-If one of your faves starts taking you for granted, find a new fave.
10-There is still much to learn and I'm guessing it will be lots of fun learning it all.
I've learned some things that I'd rather not share, and they're personal to me.
Other things have been reinforced: Treat people well, and you have a better chance of being treated well; think with the big head; be rational; be generous... all that kind of stuff. I've had wonderful times in the clubs.

I'm still a newbie both to the SCJ board and to the SC scene as a regular.
The insight that you all share has been very helpful in navigating some of the early uncertainties of having a first ATF and operating in the club environment.
I also feel better knowing that I'm not alone in my addiction, and that is certainly what it is. And I find solace in your posts, especially after a bad night at the club when I feel the ATF (Fav 1A) might be taking me for granted.
You guys have been great, but the girls who post here are awesome. Sharing the views of dancers has been tremendously helpful. Special thanks to a few girls who have been very supportive with their insights into a couple of situations I was dealing with. (You know who you are). I reached out for guidance and they were very supportive with their IM and e-mail advise. Most notably Amber...Thank You!
So let me wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season.
BTW, I'm treating myself to an early Christmas present tonight - a surprise visit to see fav 1B. Ahh, Christmas shopping provides such a nice cover for club visits - LOL.
Peace!
#10 -- OK I'll admit...I wouldn't know what to do with two girls at once...shameful, I know! Please provide some thoughts on how this works. Do the girls have to be into each other?Originally Posted by doc-catfish link=board=1;threadid=1097;start=msg16346#msg16346 date=1072045349
#3 -- $30 only get me through the night if my FAVs aren't working - LOL.
#1 -- Amen, Amen, Amen --- Thanks to all the girls. On this site as in the clubs, you girls make it happen!

I think I've finally learned that no matter how young and sweet they are, you don't want to leave your old lady. It's best to go to the club and enjoy yourself and be a gentlemen and have a naughty fun time then go home.
