I just finished responding to the independent contractor thread and thought it would make for a good laugh if we all listed the most stupid dancer fines we have heard of-- I'm sure there's some pretty good ones out there

Some of my favorites:
* Girlfriend kissing: $200
* Peeing in the dressing room wastebacket: $50
* 1-59 minutes late: $20
I think fines just create a bigger danger rush for dancers.
When they start talking about fines I just go into shutdown mode. I assume they are hinting for me to cover their expenses.

Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.
Interesting FBR, that's the same reason that I am not familiar with any of the fines.
Just here to live and learn.
I know nothing about fines. Either none of the clubs I've worked had them, or they didn't apply to me. I'm a good worker though. Sorry I can't add more to the post![]()

My hole in the wall club, you are not allowed to refuse a drink, as well as us bartenders are not allowed to refuse a drink !!!
Welcome to the wolrd of drunk bartenders except for me !!!

Refusing a drink will get you a stern talking to by the house mom in my current hang-out.
Sporty, does the kissing fine apply to kisses between dancers?
My club has a core group of 10-12 girls who are always on the floor and ready by the 7:00 shift start. The other 15-25 girls meandered in over the next hour and a half for the later bar fees. Well, these 15-25 late girls started showing up later and later, until it got to the point that one could guarantee four would stroll in at 8:25 to 8:29, with hair still wet and no makeup (the list closes at 8:30). The same girls who were always on time were still always on time, though. Management, in all its wisdom, raised the later barfee by $10 but raised the 7PM barfee by $15. I'm sure this made sense to someone, somewhere, but the logic still escapes me.

One of the first lessons I learned in my long career as an SCJ and designated crying shoulder for many dancers over the years:Logic has no business in a strip club

Things I have seen in clubs that I WISH they had fines for:
* Wearing a butt plug on stage: $10 and forfeit plug
* Looking pretty by smelling off: $20 after one warning
* Letting guys with no money fucko you: $100
* Talking about your jerk BF: $200
* Talking about another dancer: $2
* Not shaving for three days: $30
* Crooked stripe: $3
* Faking an orgasm: price of the dance
* Pimples on your butt: $1 each
* Fingering your butthole on stage: $20 per inch
* Tattoo with name of ex-BF: $20 per shift
* Dumb excuse for coming late: $50
* Asking a regular to pay your late fee: $50
* Calling a regular from work: $10
* Saying "I really miss you" during the call: $90
Yeah, I know there's more, but I have a meeting in 10 minutes.

I have heard of late and missed shift fee's. I think they are crap. If a dancer is late she just shouldn't be able to work that shift and if a dancer misses too many shifts just tell the dancer she can't work at the club anymore. Fines are just greed- pure and simple.
I have also heard of fines for costume issues such as 5 inch heels instead of 6![]()
Actually, I have one:
At St. James in Houston, they have one of those big fancy buffets during the week. I am not sure how much they charge the guys for the food. Manager told me that if dancers want to have buffet, they need to pay $10 for it. If a dancer is caught freebie-ing off the buffet, she is charged $50!!!
I've been so busy at this place, I havn't even had time to go to the corner and look at what kind of food they have, hehe!

Sporty, back in the free buffet days I used to go over and get my fav lunch because it was $5 for the dancers to eat. Management wouldn't bother you if you were sitting with a customer. Ahh the memories...
