NFL? When did the football season start?Originally Posted by Tigerlilly link=board=1;threadid=1512;start=msg23639#msg23639 date=1086653292
I don't know Tigerlilly, hockey belongs in Tampa about as much as it belongs in Phoenix.

Within five years, the Arena Football League will outdraw the National Hockey League.

NFL- LOL!!!!! opps, I was pretty excitedand I haven't been blond in years so no true excuse available
![]()
But anyway- we WON!!!!!!
It's a great thing for my town. First SuperBowl and now the Cup![]()
It will have a nice positive economic impact for the next few years for Tampa

I had written them off when they went down 3 games to 2, but I have to admit they are a damn good team, nice to see an offensive team win for a change, those damn clutch and grab teams were getting old. Hopefully they can avoid a strike/lockout next season.
Do you dance in Tampa Tigerlilly? Have you ever danced for anyone on the hockey team?
Here's a little name dropping, I actually had the opportunity to meet Nicky Khabibulin & his wife several times when he was with the Coyotes, he seemed like a good guy, I'm happy for him.

Habby ROCKS!!!!! He was kick ass the whole playoffs !
To answer your questions Richard-
I am retired now, but yes I danced in Tampa at Scarlett's for many years. And yes I had the pleasure of dancing for some hockey players as well as their trainer.
They were on the quiet side and really quite sweet back then, I hope this win doesn't change that too much.
I've danced for some Buc's too, but most of them were popmpous jerks, with a few stellar exceptions.
I also danced for Jeter a few times when he would be in the area training. He was quite the "player"but nice enough and tipped great - $100 a song
