BD, I'm guessing you can't save a JPG from the album or from some other site that doesn't allow downloads.
SPX Instant Screen Capture will capture all or any part of a screen and allow you to save it as a JPG file, even if image downloads are not allowed.
SPX is available from the usual shareware sites.
If this is not what you meant, maybe you could be more specific in the question.
