I'm about three weeks back in to dancing after a two month hiatus for the summer and it never fails to amaze me/remind me that there is no better body toner than dancing. No matter how well I watch what I eat and do cardio, once I return to the stage my body ALWAYS improves and just becomes much tighter and leaner and my stomache definately becomes defined again. Just one more reason I love being a dancer!

I was just noticing how soar I am today and what a diffference my tummy looks after 3 consecutive days of dancing
