Default Clothes to fit a small person

Most exotic wear I find is ONE SIZE FITS MOST (90-160lbs).

    Hahahahahahaha!

    No.

I wear a size 0. I'm a little taller than 5'4". One Size does not fit. Many times, Small does not fit. My weight is perfect for my frame and I am unwilling to change it. Gaining weight to fit into clothes? I don't think so.

I would like to find some decent gowns (not found in the Junior's section) and t-back thongs. The t-backs I ordered are ONE SIZE and ridiculously big.

Do you know of any brands or stores that could supply me with stuff that fits?

Nope. Get a seamstress to make you stuff custom, or learn to sew! Learning to sew is probably best, because then you can alter things to make them a bit smaller, instead of starting from scratch.

Or, if you live on the West coast (or any big city I guess) go shopping in a primarily asian part of town. Asian girl clothes are tiny.

    Feature costumes for sale!

I've had problems with sizing too. Usually thongs are ok, but anytime I buy a different brand I make sure to try it first.

Like a cute costume I bought from federicks of hollywood. Not one size fits all (or most hehehe....) but small, medium, large. I'm not a tiny girl so in most situations a medium works best for me. It looked super small though, and I tried the large. NO WAY!! Even the small is HUGE on me (the matching thong). The skirt and bra fit fine in the small but I had to go buy another thong to match. It's like giant-man sized.

I read a post a while ago about another small dancer who couldn't get most clothes to fit. I think she mentioned that she ended up shopping for bikinis and some other cute things in the girls section at Target and Walmart- she said they had bright colors and young looking styles but their selection would probably be better in the summer for dancer type things. (Of course that won't really work for gowns or costumes.) For those I think you should try having something custom made by a costume lady so it fits properly.
I ordered an top and skirt outfit online a while ago and it was a bit big so I put it in the dryer a couple of times but I'm not really sure if it worked.

I have the same problem being no more than five feet tall and 100 pounds. I buy extra small stuff and it's still too big! It's been hard finding anything that fits. Girl's clothes don't fit my boobs and hips. It's frustrating.

Learning how to sew would be a good idea.

same problem here too...5 feet tall...105lbs - 110lbs...i'm two sizes though...small on top (size 2-5)...extra small on bottom (size 0)...and the pants that i buy have to hav stretch in them...because of my thighs...

i found two online shops that carry extra smalls...lollipop lingerie and digital threadz...haven't bought anything from them though...so i don't know how well the fit is for either of them...i have a narrow foot as well...can never find shoes in my true shoe size...7 narrow...been wearing 6.5 regular forever...

i figured that finding dancer gear would be a problem...i'm already having to go to teeny bopper shops to find clothes as it is...good thing there's business casual at work...i'd be ass out if it wasn't...
Why do some people still have to fight...to get the same opportunities...that are given to others??...

Look out for self...because noone else will...AND

    Reclusivness...is a good thing.

I'm about the size you are. When shopping in a store I find costumes in size small, but 9 out of ten don't fit right...mostly in the waist. (most smalls seem to be made for a 24-26" waist) The best thing to do is to find a bussiness in your area that does alterations. I've found a very good person to alter my outfits, so now that allows me to shop for more affordable dressed and have them altered into a dancer dresses that fit perfectly for a low price (usually $10-15 to take in the waist or add a slit) Buying Bikinis mentioned in one of the other posts is a good idea too...some of them have bottoms that look like booty shorts that make them look like they are really a dancer costume, and the bright prints on swimsuit material work well if your club has alot of blacklight.

One thing I forgot...there is a company called Sexxy Brazil that has one size fits all clothing that runs VERY small. Every outfit from them I have tried on fits nice and snug. : )

I was lucky - I found a local boutique that has some clothes carried in x-small. Problem is that they're so frickin' expensive...if anyone has luck w/ a cheaper online store I would love to know I'm five one 105 lbs and 32b, myself.
...and the day came, when the risk it took to remain closed in a bud became worse than the risk it took to blossom.
