I finally sold my business and am getting back into the workout routine.
The issue is that I have always had a personal trainer. A couple of years ago they were running $35 an hour but now it is $65 to $70 / hour. At three times a week it adds up fast. The new trainer I have is really good. I just don't want to pay $900 / month....
It seems the trainers do a great job taking me through a variety of routines, but they don't run a chart that I can start tracking myself or give me a routine I can do on my own.
My health club has Cybex, free weights, etc.
My question is what sources do you use to design your routine? Books, etc.
