Has anyone here tried/done Bikram yoga? While at Deja Vu in Hawaii this summer I met a dancer in incredible shape who was VERY flexible and she swore by it at least 2 or 3 times per week. It's the type of yoga done in a 100 degree room that includes 26 different poses and is supposedly pretty rigorous. The local studio in my area offers an introductory rate of $20 for 10 consecutive days and I'm thinking of going for it. I jog and walk a lot but really need something new as I feel my body has reached a plateau of sorts.
I'd love some info if anyone has it!

....LOL. I saw a women and the studio I take classes at from time to time lose over 70 lbs doing this yoga every day. It really can't even express how great it is. If you live near a studio and can afford it I say give it a try! If you have more questions feel free to PM me
