excerpt--
A developer in Tokyo has created an add-on for Vodafone handsets that's
meant to be used as a night filter to let people take pictures with their
phones in the dark.... the filter uses the distribution of heat to create
its pictures. When attached to a high-end camera, the filter can see though
certain kinds of clothing and is reportedly particularly effective on dark
bikinis.

Oh really now??? I'd kick their asses and sue if they took my pics without my consent

I look at it this way, anything I do outside my home is able to be captured digitally in some way. Probably isn't happening very frequently, but as the technology becomes more available and affordable, it'll be much more wisespread. Can't even walk down the street anymore in some places without being videotaped numerous times.
Someone should invent personal signal jamming units, like maybe in a wristwatch or something. Kinda like those license plate covers, but digitial, like an invisible shield surrounding you. Any scientists/engineers on the board?
