If we should only stay with customers 2-3 songs, what about the regulars?
Do they get the same amount of time or should we stay longer?

It depends on how much money the man spends. If this man spends between 200-300 each time he comes in than let him have a few more songs. Most of the men that spend that kind of money in a club knows what happens. He will spend after a few more songs. Maybe he will just give you cash to sit and talk with you.

If he's buying one dance after another..... non-stop.... he's kinda YOURS for the evening, ya know? Why move on?
The sex was so good, the neighbors needed a cigarette!

I never spend 2-3 songs with a guy before asking for the dance. If he's going to buy, he'll do it in one song, no need to waste 2-3 songs on an unknown. Ask by the end of the first song.
For a regular, I rarely if ever deal with them because it usually causes me to lose money by way of diminished returns, but if I do, I would never spend more than 3 songs before starting the festivities. Time is money. For every song you sit for free with a regular you could be dancing for someone else. Maximize your time ladies!

Agreed. I see new girls all the time who sit and sit and sit. It's ridiculous! Ask at the end of the first song. If he says no, move on. After the dance, if you get a vibe he's gonna spend more, ask him to let you dance THE VERY NEXT SONG. This way you will have done two dances in a row. If it's slow, or he says he'd like to wait till the next song, judge for yourself whether this would be worth it to you to sit for a song and not get paid.Originally Posted by Bridgette
You should never sit with someone who's not letting you dance at least EVERY OTHER SONG. Sitting any longer than that is not only bad for your business, but bad for your co-workers as well. The more girls in a club that work smart and hustle there are, the more money there will be for EVERYONE at the club, because the guys won't be EXPECTING every girl that comes their way to sit for nothing until they decide to cough up some 20's.
Now if someone is saying that they want you to sit, they aren't into getting that many dances, blah blah....tell them that if they'd like to have you sit with them, they can just pay you by the hour (make SURE you get the money for this UPFRONT). Most girls charge between $100 to $200 per hour for this, you can charge more if you are in a high volume club, or if it's so busy you know you'd make more wandering the floor asking for dances.
If he's a regular he should know that, " As much as I would love to sit and chat with you for the night, I have a "quota" to hit." If he's slow on the uptake, let him know if he can help you out, then you'd love to stay and spend your time with him as opposed to *whoever*. He'll usually offer something, and then... the negotiation begins!!!
