Default The "Tibetan Book of the Dead"

Discussed this briefly with one of my friends who has much more knowledge about this book. Anyway, he was talking about how most of what we know and discuss, by necessity, is the "180 degrees from birth to death," as he put it. And what isn't covered is what occurs during the "180 degrees from death to rebirth."

He piqued my curiosity, so I found the following link:

    http://www.lib.virginia.edu/speccol/...ad/index2.html

But I've just started this, and it is obviously going to take quite a while to get through all the information available there!

Phaed, thank you so much for posting this!..There is a wonderful book I had by an American PHD professor who took these ideas and articulated them for Western culture. I'm going to try to look for the title and post it here later.
