The living romm in dayton ohio has male dancers on saturday nights. It is located on North Dixie. If you go in on a saturday, you can pretend to watch the girls dance, but can see what the guys do too.

    Hi there, and welcome!

We have a member here who is really good at giving advice on male dancing-ChadW. He is out of the US, but it seems that the same principals apply.

You can find talent agencies that schedule male dancers by looking in your local yellow pages under Entertainment/adult. There are also more then a few touring groups that are scheduled into regular bars. Those are a little harder to get work with, but the steady income is worth trying and applying for. Otherwise you would be doing Strip-O-Grams and bachelorette parties. On a per show basis, the parties are better money. The only drawback is you have to wait for the customers to call, and then you have to hope that they hire you from the variety of entertainers available. I sometimes do 3 parties every Friday and Saturday, and sometimes I go a month between jobs.

My Hubby used to be a male dancer, and I work closely with male dancers in the same agency. I have done a review that included both genders (WOW! that is very fun- only one dressing room!).

I think there are issues unique to the guys, however. The issue as to whether you want to dance for gay customers or not. Most female strippers do dance for lesbians, and are happy to do so. There are also costuming challenges, as there isn't any stores that sell dance wear for male strippers. Then there is "tying off". I don't even want to know how a bunch of guys do this in the dressing room.

Anyway, I hope ChadW can help you with advice, and I hope I at least gave you place to get started.

    XOXO Paris Love
