I'm 18, new to stripping, and a lil nervous about it..

Hey, I live in Toronto, and am very interested in becoming a stripper, because I really need the cash for college. I've looked thro the clubs listings and I kno which clubs I'm going to check out, the thing is I have NO EXPERIENCE, and that makes me a lil nervous. I would say I have the looks: 5'9, 120 lbs, blonde, blue eyes, pretty face, long legs, altho my boobs arent that big.

However I have no idea how to dance, or give lap dances, altho when i go clubbing I kno how to grind and dance lol. I kno I would feel self concious and uncomfy going for an audition. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any advice would be helpful!

I've been trying to psych myself up and am in a similar position to you (only i'll be starting or attempting to in a month's time). What i've been doing, and this may sound sort of dumb, is practicing. Ok, that wasnt the dumb part, but i've been recruiting friends to be "customers". Especially the ones who go to clubs themselves and get lapdances because they can give good constructive criticism.

Also, as sleazy as it may sound, i've also been on Ares and typed in "lapdancing" to download some videos. They're not as raunchy as you may think, which was good.

And as other girls have said here that one of the best ways is to just go to a club, take note of what the dancers are doing and even paying to get a lapdance yourself to see how it is up close and personal.

My first night working, I just looked at the other dancers and copied them, I few of them even gave me tips on how to sell multiple songs, it worked! Just go slooooow! A couple dancers saw me give a lap dance, and said I was going to fast, I took the advice, and slowed down. I did a slow strip tease, and that took up some time. the key is to sell multiple dances that is how you bank, just watch the other dancers, I was very uncomfortable, I am new to dancing too, but I know it will get better. Stay sober!

Great job, Logan...that is the best way to learn...watch the top earners...copy them a little bit and add in some ideas of your own...don't take to much advice from the girls who don't make the cash....

I can appreciate people who stay sober while working. And yes, slow flowing and fluid movements generally are more sexy than sharp, popped movements.

Staying sober is important, when you are intoxicated you let your boundaries down, and you may do something you wouldn't usually do. I got buzzed one night, and it was easier to dance, but I remained sober the majority of the time, it is just better, b/c most of the girls drink, and it separates you from the pack. Customers told me how "classy" I was b/c I wasn't wasted, and was just looking to make $$ for school. One of the best thngs was the handful of awesome girls that I met that really helped me, genuinely. That was truly worth it!
