Is it the muscle that's loose or the skin? Muscle wise i'd think general exercise would be helpful (crunches etc). Skin i'm not sure. I have a little spot that's sort of shot. Outside of a tummy tuck (which leaves a hella scar) I don't know what they can do?
Japican I had the same problem. Just eat a sensible diet and keep up with your excercising. As for me I did 200 crunches every day and drank lots and lots of water. I even went back dancing before my 6 weeks were up only bcuz my body could handle it. (I worked out during my pregnancy.) Walking and aerobics should help tone your pouch. Also, if you can find one a girdle or something to tighten your stomach area. They all have worked for me and help shape my waist.
