    Default Small Business Bank

Does anyone know what would be a good bank to use for a small business account? I looked at Wells Fargo but their fees are pretty high. I also looked at Citibank, but they've already screwed me over by saying that I have a credit card open with them. Anyone?

    Thanks!

I am not familiar with your area so I cannot refer you to anyone, but, typically the smaller regional/community banks are much friendlier/generous to local businesses than the large national groups.

Actually Bank of America is one of the primary small business banks. They have a great SBA program and offer lots of services to small business depositors. Thier rates for mortgages and car loans SUCK tho so YMMV. Check em out.

Venus, I'm still disputing that with them. I took your advice and spoke to an attorney. We have made a complaint to the credit bureau and requested a report on all credit card transactions that were ran through Citibank, unfortunately they told us it would take anywhere between 3-5weeks to get any kind of response from the credit bureau, so I'm still waiting. In the meantime I don't want to go and give them my business, but their rates seem rather reasonable. I'll wait to hear back from the credit bureau.
