Call the club first and see when they do auditions. Clubs vary a lot:some clubs only let you audition on a certain day/time, some clubs let you audition whenever you want, and some clubs don't make you audition at all. Even if they say you don't have to audition, I would bring an outfit and a pair of shoes along anyways just in case the person on the phone doesn't know what they're talking about. It's happened to me before. lol

When you go in the club, ask for the manager and tell him or her that you're interested in dancing there. I would definitely check out the club you are thinking about working at a couple times before you go in and apply. If you've never danced before, I would suggest going into a club a few times and watching how the girls dance on stage and then going home and practicing your moves before auditioning.

Hope this helps and good luck to you!

No two clubs are alike, I think. Some clubs use amateur night as their audition, while others will audition girls any night. Some don't even require auditions -- if the manager like you, and they have an opening, you can be on stage 5 minutes after you walk in the door. You simply have to go ask. It's a damn job interview!!!! Just go ask.

If you need to find clubs you could go to www.stripclublist or www.tuscl.com and they have lists of clubs by location. Stripperweb also has this feature w dancer reviews of clubs but it's down now w the website move.

Find out when they are having auditions and step right up to the plate, show them your moves and allow them to be wowed by you. good luck!
