If your club were in a compact area such as LV, NYC, etc, you could provide your customers secured rides to their sleeping quarters.
An incentive to dancers would be to provide optional commissioned employment status with full benefits includiung medical insurance etc., rather than just contractor status. Your staff would have to treat them exceptionally well in spite of occasional expected behaviors of the dancer as well as customers. Your club would attract the spoiled rich kid-adults who think their money can buy anyone.
How would you accommodate the dancers temporarily working in your club who would want minimal hassle in dealing with big city environments? How would you handle the drug-prone environment you certainly would be nurturing?
With all the marketing you'd be doing and difficulties of introducing new clubs, you would have to be able to show that your club is squeeky clean. You would be watched by LE as well as all the other clubs in the vicinity.
