If your club were in a compact area such as LV, NYC, etc, you could provide your customers secured rides to their sleeping quarters.

An incentive to dancers would be to provide optional commissioned employment status with full benefits includiung medical insurance etc., rather than just contractor status. Your staff would have to treat them exceptionally well in spite of occasional expected behaviors of the dancer as well as customers. Your club would attract the spoiled rich kid-adults who think their money can buy anyone.

How would you accommodate the dancers temporarily working in your club who would want minimal hassle in dealing with big city environments? How would you handle the drug-prone environment you certainly would be nurturing?

With all the marketing you'd be doing and difficulties of introducing new clubs, you would have to be able to show that your club is squeeky clean. You would be watched by LE as well as all the other clubs in the vicinity.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

    threlayer,

with temporary quarters for dancers many companies in Manhatten do this for employees of overseas offices who come fo ra week or two at a time. there are cheap options with hotels outside the city especilaly in new jersey if you rent in bulk and for long periods. I think I may be able to attarct dancers by talkiing care of this issue. these places would not be appropriate for more then a week or two at a time but they would be good for most cases.

as far as benefits I could provide it like many companies do for those that stay full time for more then 3 months can setup 401K, health insurance the works, if I find that this is what attracts the dancers to the club. One of my partners is a CPA and will take care of taxes/financial planning for everyone.

as far as drugs and problems in general I plan on hiring off duty or ex cops as bouncers or at least have them sprinkled amongst regular bouncers and that should keep everyone including customers behaving nicely. hopefully as the club succceeds I am able to be more picky as far as drug testing but I have a fear that in the begining this is wishful thinking.

I believe the key to success is to hire an operations manager taht is on the older side and have two of them one being older female othe older male and that would alleciate catty issues as well as standard issues with young managers who are either too horny, too moody, etc.

so it shouldnt be up to me to figure this stuff out. At least this is what I am thinking.

also they dont market the club this way, as I would.
In most localities, any blatant marketing of these sort of club "offerings" is very likely to draw political and LE heat down on you. This is why it's a "word of mouth" marketing effort only in places like NYC.

now that is a wrinkle I really didnt think about, although I could probably have it on the menu openly in the club.
