I had a bit of a rough night, and I think I pulled a muscle in my, ahem, groin area. It wasn't one particular thing, it just started hurting, and splits were right out from then on. Should I ice it? Stretch? Not stretch? I'm not the most active of people (other than trying to do pilates every other day), so I don't generally pull mucles. I don't want to make it worse! Could it be something worse? Walking is fine, but lifting my leg up is a bit painful. I'm sure it's hard to diagnose online...
It's funny though, I had a horrid night-banged my head on the pole *clang*, kept tripping, knocked over some guys water with my foot, but managed to do rather well, moneywise. Maybe I got pity dances? LOL
