Over the past few weeks my sleep cycle got screwy. I only dance once a week and it's the night before my day off. But I simply can't fall asleep until at least 3:30/4 in the morning and I can't get up before two in the afternoon. I'll wake up around 10 but just can't get motivated.
Any advice? I have an aversion to medication of any type but my roomate has a lot of ambiem. She said that I should take some around 10 everynight for a week or two and just force my body to start the sleep cycle earlier. It sounds good to me but I don't want to be taking anything. I feel like I've tried everything else.
I don't drink coffe or anything either so it's hard once morning hits.
Please help with any suggestions. It's really screwing my other job up. Royally screwing it up. Today I didn't get up until 4:30!!! It's just so rough because then I'm not even tired till 7 in the morning. Although I can force myself to bed by four am usually.
