Some of you may remember my initial experience auditioning at an upscale NYC club. Well, once I got back to California, I studied this forum like crazy, picked out a club in the Valley that I had heard good things about, called them (it was a bit late, after 9pm and they said there were no guarantees), showed up alone in costume (though covered with a big black trench coat!) and after a short audition on the side stage, was immediately offered the job.
This is a very nice, clean club..a bit on the small side, but big enough to feel "full" when a good amount of people are there. The girls are gorgeous and the dressing room is massive with a gym, even.. go figure! So, I've danced two nights back to back and made a little over 300 total after tip-out, which is decent for an LA club, I suppose! Im still learning the ropes. but I am happy that I gave it my all and sold 16 VIP dances ($30 bucks per, $15 to dancer)over the past 2 days. It just gets me fueled up to do better and better and I thank you all for your advice and suggestions to all us newbies here! I actually did better on Sunday, a "dead" night, than my first night, which was a Saturday, and got 3 dances from the same guy, 2 back to back, then went to him again after awhile and got a 3rd..and a few of the other dances have been back-to-back with some guys. I'm a happy girl..so once I get more comfortable, I'll test out a bigger money market...thanks again, everyone!![]()
