I always get going really hard with working out, then I'll see results which is good. I'll switch up what I'm doing, but no matter what I just get so bored with working out and I stop. I was doing really well but I caught a cold so I stopped working out for 4 days and I gained everything back! It's always something that discourages me from going on with it and it totally sux.
