I have fine, thin hair too, Vyanka and trying to put volume into it is very frustrating. I use a few volumizing mooses that i put on the roots of my hair after washing it, and then i blowdry my hair upside down and then, kinda play with it while your blowdrying it, flip it around alot. It helps with the volume especially the volumizing moose.

It's best to switch up your hair products, IMO. After a couple months, I always notice that my results aren't the same so I switch it up. This include shampoo and conditioner. It makes for a very full cabinet of hair products BUT, I just cycle through them.

extensions is a great solutions ...........and also there is a product thats been out for a while now called nioxxion but has to be bought a salon. I to have thin hair and have used this in the past and for me it did help and it helps your hair to grow too. Nioxxion is exspensive i think a trial kit is about $35-$40.

Nioxin works very well. I just switched to it because it's good for all hair and I like how it feels on my scalp, especially in the dry winter (tingly).

I am lucky though, I can get it at wholesale. Maybe make friends with a stylist. If you lived in my area I'd send you some, starter kit would run about 40.00 CDN.

Vyanka i just saw this post. Is you're hair thinning after you bleached it? Ya know bleaching the hair swells the shaft, which makes hair look thicker. Also, change around you're hair care routine. Switch products alot. Use shampoo and conditioner for ONLY bleached hair. Pills are...i don't know i guess ok. Alot of people love them i see, but many people they do nothing for, because these pills help new growth, so the haor you already have needs attention now.

Seriously, lay off flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers. If you must have ooomph in you're hair, try a few briads while you're haor is damp, sleep in them and take out the next day. Just do a light brush or finger brush, so you don't make thick frizzy looking hair. It works, requires no spray, and stays until you wash again.

You're hair needs TLC now. And conditioners will make the cuticle lay flat, which also makes the hair look thinner.

Check for scalp hair falling, it will have a "bulb" which is the root at the top of the strand you find. Breaking hair has no root, just a piece of hair on both ends.

Also coconut oil has been known to help with haor growth! And it rocks! But again i love oils in my hair before i wash it. And Cholesterol hair conditioning cream does wonders. CHEAP! Made by Queen Helene, been around 4-ever!
