Default Bachelor Party in Washington DC area - help!

    Hi,
Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this, but...

I'm setting up a bachelor party for a friend who is getting married in Washington DC. I am not from the area, but I've heard clubs in the DC area are lousy because they don't even allow full nudity. So, I'm considering heading out to a surrounding area (Baltimore?) or just having a party at a hotel and bringing in some dancers.

Wondering if any of you have suggestions or ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Well, I work at a club in the area and we are full nude plus we give lap dances. You'll have a ball. It's called the Stardust.

Try Showcase Theater in Beltsville, Maryland. I heard the place is ideal for bachelor parties.

Well, you'll be pleased to know that you've been misinformed. Clubs in DC allow full nudity; it's lap dances that are illegal.

If you want to buy your bachelor laps, D.C. is not for you, so check out some of the suburban clubs already mentioned or head up the the GGC or Hustler's in Baltimore.

I work at Hustler in Baltimore and the club offers Bachelors a free stage dance with the girls, and they have a party package where you buy a booth and bottles of alcohol for the group. We get lots of these parties on the weekends and the guys seem to enjoy themselves, it's a nice club with good-looking girls and some damn good stage shows. Good contact lap dances are available, and the girls get fully nude on stage. I think it's a pretty good option for bachelor parties, and apparently so do alot of guys

No you don't have to be dressed for the country club to go to Hustler, just clean and neat. We get lots of guys in jeans. I think if you dress like you would to go out picking up ladies you'll be fine There MIGHT be some rule about needing a shirt with a collar but any collar will do, lotsa guys come in wearing those polo type pullovers with nice jeans. We get plenty of blue collar guys, it's not nearly as uptight as you might think - oh yeah and tats are ok too If you have specific questions you can call the club and they'll be happy to explain the dresscode. Don't get me wrong it's a nice club but you don't have to pull up in a limo wearing a $5k suit to get in.

Well if you've got some nice jeans, clean shoes and a nice looking shirt it should be fine. I've seen plenty of guys in there with sweaters and nice sweatshirts. The main thing they care about is a neat clean appearance, no hats, and appropriate behaviour. The clientele in there is really mixed, you should be fine. Like I said if you want to make sure about something just call and ask, they'll be happy to answer your questions.

Gentlemen's Gold Club in Baltimore is a really nice fancy place, perfect for bachelor parties. There are several dancers on this board who work there. Send me a message for more info. Or look at my reviews on TUSCL. I'm a regular customer there.

    Thanks FONDL.

Any more comments from patrons? (Not that comments from dancers haven't been helpful!)

New Ritz Cabaret in baltimore is also good, it's more of a laid back atmosphere, not too fancy but really nice on the inside. looks more like a bar than a gentlemens club, minus the fact that there a hot naked chicks on stage. we offer lapdances to and a vip area. you can also get your bachelor up on stage for a stage dance!
hope you have fun wherever you go!

Where's the New Ritz Cabaret? This is the first time I've heard of it. What's it like?

So if we decide to go the way of a party at a hotel, anyone know where to find some dancers for a private party in the DC area?

Best bet if that's what you want is to check the phone book for agencies that book private parties. You'll be hard pressed as an unknown customer in a club to get girls to come to your hotel for a bachelor party.

Bridgette is right -- there is zero chance you can arrange this as a new customer in a club. You could arrange it as a regular, but part of being a regular is that you are unlikely to be setting up bachelor parties. A quick hop out to Vegas or New York or even Paris, yes. Bachelor parties, no.

I used to throw private parties every Halloween in Georgetown at about $15,000 a pop. I hired local talent for waitstaff, dancers, bartenders, dj's, etc. Even made custom outfits for everybody. You can hire dancers from any talent agency serving the bachelor party market in D.C. There are a ton of them.

Don't give up on going to a club as a warm-up. You could have a later time set up at a hotel venue.

Just my personal opinion: A good best man arranges for a memorable experience, but always makes sure everybody is respectful and limits are observed with a dancer in such a potentially vulnerable position. Definition of a successful event: Nobody has to get bailed out in the morning, and the bridegroom shows up sober and with his pants on.
