Hey everyone,
Well, christmas season is here and my diet has taken a tole for the worst. I've never had a diet plan before. I usually eat a lot of soy, yogurt, diet bread, pita bread and fruit as my diet but it's been crazy recently and I'm scard I'm gonna gain weight. I need something a little more structured to try out. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and dance 1-2 times a week so I am realitely active. What I was wondering is what your personal diets are and what works the best for you. I need something simple. Nothing with powers, shakes or additives. Remember I am totally new to structured dieting. If anyone could help me out it would be most appreciated! Thanks a tone ladies!![]()

My metabolism blows! Soy and working my ass off at the gym keeps me this way. But damn have I ever been eating a lot of chocolate recently.
I've gained 3lbs, not enough for anyone to notice but I'm trying ta lose weight not gain it!

I dunno how I did it, but when I posted this i weighted 136lbs and now I am 129lbs. Weird eh.
