I want to start doing 20 minutes of cardio in the morning before I start my day, then after work go to the gym for 2 hours....like I use to. But, since I don't have time to go to the gym in the morning & do cardio....I thought of getting some kind of machine that would work in the morning. Plus my Dr. suggested for me to exercise more, bc he said I need to get my pressure going. I haven't been to the gym in a while.
So I was thinking of getting this machine I saw in the informercial chanel. It's a small machine, & I can put it underneath my bed which is great. It's called the bun & thigh roller. It looks like a mini stepper.
Anyway, do any of you ever purchase something similar like this to do cardio in the morning? How's it working for you if so? Or any reccomendations that maybe helpful?
