I really need some help here! I usually weigh 125-130 pounds. I've gained like 28 pounds in just a few weeks. I've been under alot of stress, so that probaly has something to do with it. My eating and exercise habits have never been really good though. I always lose weight, but I can't seem to keep it off, I need help!
