    Default thinning hair

My hair is about medium thick and naturally curly but latley it seems like it's been getting thinner. I don't know if I'm just paranoid but what could cause this? I'm only 19 so..........What could cause this if it is happening? diet, vitiman deficincy?

Could be gentic, could be hormones, could be stress, diet, medicines or vitamins taken, anemia, could be a number of things. I say if it starts getting real bad like chunks of course see a doctor. But in the mean time if you don't already take a multivitamin (like a prenatal) and nixoin hair care line works so it would hurt to try that.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

I don't know if you color it but if you lighten it alot (light blonde or whatever) that could lead to it getting thinner.

There is a shampoo I use, lamasbeauty.com, called Chinese Herb Shampoo. Multi-purpose,natural herbal, gentle. For thinning hair, dandruff, ez on colored hair. Also I take Solray brand Hair Blend SP 38, vitaminshoppe.com. Also, naturessunhine.com, has a great hair vitamin too. Good luck. I would definately check w/doctor tho, for anything else.

A client of mine has female baldness and she is only 27,she had it for a few years,She shops online for products at this website, she swears that the alpa products and the salerm products help her thinning hair problem.I advise you to go to this site, they have a large variety of producys for thinning hair, alot of scalp treatments and such,So here it is...good luck! Look under the hair care section, then go to hair loss, there will be products for thinning hair, this site is one of the better ones I have ever seen.
