What are the last 2-5 CDs you bought and what are your reviews? Please follow rating quota:

    GREAT
    GOOD
LUKE WARM-liked a few songs, but not in love
    I CAN'T BELIEVE I F***IN BOUGHT THIS CRAP!

For me, I buy a lot of mixtapes, so I'm not a big fan of the CD, unless I really like the artist or the song is superold and I can't find it on a mix. But here's a review or two from ME

Delicious Vinyl Prime Cuts Vol. 1-I had this CD last year and I lost it. Someone ordered it for me again for Christmas. I really love the song ALL MY LOVE by Robin, (it's #4, great to dance to or listen to in your car before you go out) but the CD in itself was too hip hoppy for me-not enough RAP. But ALL MY LOVE is definetly one of my favorite songs, so I'd say the album is good.

"Elephant" by The White Stripes-three thumbs up. Wacky Midwestern Romanticism. Hella cute. The album is a concept album, yet!
"Folker" Paul Westerberg- Paul is God and I won't hear otherwise. Four thumbs up.
My sis spins a lot of hip-hop. I have been listening to Jean Grae, The Grouch, Aesop Rock, etc. Due to the recent hardships suffered from the war, she's been playing "Fortunate Son" by Creedence Cleanwater Revival, and the "Stop, Look, What's that Sound" song by Buffalo Springfield.

Really, I do. Nobody else seems to know who Grouch, Living Legends, Aesop Rock, Mystic Journeymen, etc. are. Some of my favorites (but they are not so new)
I hate your boyfriend by Murs
You're not the one by the Grouch
L.I.F.E. for what it's worth by SCARUB
And luuuuuuuv that song "Hopeless Romantic" I think it's by living legends ("I'm just a hopeless romantic with a titanic heart/I may look unsinkable but I can still be ripped apart.")

U like Zion I? Their album Mind over Matter was hot.....

My sister met Aesop Rock in SF. She was all excited. (The Insane Clown Posse was ogling her boobs when she stayed at the same hotel they were at- she wasn't with them. I was so pissed off when she told me that!)
I like hip-hop, but I listen to older punk rock and New Wave. I'll get some music from her, she's very into the scene.
