I have a question for the excercising gurus! I have rather bad tendons (meds whose side effect was weakened tendons, among other things) and get pains in my knees, achilles tendon, and occasionally elbows from time to time. I try and do yoga every other day, and this does help, but I'm looking into joining a gym when I get out to NJ, so....are there exercises I should/should not be doing to help strengthen them? Is that even possible? I'd like to get them back into shape, if I can. I hate the pain, and I am more than a bit paranoid to do anything pole-related onstage, since I KNOW achilles tendons can rip.
