About a month ago I weighed about 120 and I am 5'4. The only part of my body that I wanted to change was my stomach. I always had a little pudge and I wanted to make it more tone.
Just to improve my lifestyle I stopped some of my bad eating habits. I stopped eating fast foods, I only drink water, and I work out 4 times a week. Now I weigh 110 and getting lower by the day. Now I think I look too skinny. I always had a little booty now its gone.
What is a healthy way to gain weight (just a little)? I don't want to be skin and bones just tone. What should I do?

m smaller, eating more heathly made me lose weight, i don't like it one bit.
And keep the tummy off.
