    Default I lost too much weight!

    About a month ago I weighed about 120 and I am 5'4. The only part of my body that I wanted to change was my stomach. I always had a little pudge and I wanted to make it more tone.

    Just to improve my lifestyle I stopped some of my bad eating habits. I stopped eating fast foods, I only drink water, and I work out 4 times a week. Now I weigh 110 and getting lower by the day. Now I think I look too skinny. I always had a little booty now its gone.

    What is a healthy way to gain weight (just a little)? I don't want to be skin and bones just tone. What should I do?

    How many calories do you eat a day? It should be around 1500 or more because you work out. Have you upped your caloric intake? Healthy calorie rich foods. Good carbs...such anything not white...brown rice, wheat bread, wheat pasta things like that. Add some more protein to your body. I think your body is just now adujsting to your new metabolism and is doing so by dropping pounds. Gynger might be able to help on this one.

    I actually don't eat that much either. I am not sure how many calories though? I started drinking whey protein shakes though. I guess I will try the wheat though.

    that picture was taken about a month ago when I was 120, now i' m smaller, eating more heathly made me lose weight, i don't like it one bit.

    Eating healthier is good all around for you, good for you that you cut out fast food! BUT it wouldnt hurt having something from mcdonalds or something every once in a while..in moderation. I weigh 120 lbs and am 5'7, and I couldnt gain weight if I tried (I have). I have a high metabolism, and I tell you I can eat anything. The most I have ever weight was when I was full term with my daughter, and I weighed 134 then. She was 7lbs when she was born. I am sure if you also go to the gym where they have trainers to help you, you could explain the situation to them and they could help you get your booty back And keep the tummy off.

    I need to get my butt to the gym....you look awesome your body is just demanding more calories and how have to keep up or you will be loosing even more wieght. Listen to your body and feed it. Try some of those I listed above and see of you feel better. Like I said have some lean protein mmmmm steak.....

    I'm losing weight drastically too.In two weeks,I think I have lost 7+ lbs.If I lose anymore,I will be too thin as well.

    Well I run for about 20 to 30 minutes then I do a little weight trianing mainly my abs, triceps, biceps, calves, and thighs. About 4 days a week. Nothing to intense though. But i got results very very fast. I am afraid that if I stop working out then I wont be as tone anymore.

    DEFINATELY don't stop your work outs because they sound very well rounded and consistant, including the cardio. Even thin people need to get cardio because despite being at the weight you want, your heart needs the exercise regardless. Just up your caloric intake like someone else suggested earlier. This can be done easily with shakes or energy bars so that you don't feel too full or feel too inconvenienced.

    I would just eat a well rounded diet, like you are already. Just add things that contain a little more fat and protein in them: (high calorie / high protein diet)
    -avocados
    -milk
    -pudding
    -creamy pasta
    -peanut butter
    -gravy
    -steaks
    -creamy dressings
    -bananas
    -eggs
    -protein shakes
    -cheese
    and just have these kind of things every day with healthy stuff like protiens, veggies, fruits, carbs etc.

    But I am 5'5 at 105 pounds so I shouldn't talk!! I have been trying to gain weight forever...and it's hard when you have a high metabolism. But this is what nutritionists have told me to do (above list).
    Anyone else got some tips? I've tried everything else on this thread.

    I lost lots of weight too & I some how want to bulk up with some muscles. I just don't know how. If I should do my daily routine, which btw it's the same as yours.

    Yea,
    My muscle can very fast. i dont understand. My stomach is as flat as a table and I only do 3 sets of 15 reps of some type of ab workout about 4 times a week. My calves are nice to , but that might be from me practicing in my platforms. But I am going to change my diet once agian. Eat more calories, and try some protein shakes .
