    Default Making shoes fit?

The dancer shoes I have are by Pleaser and Ellie, pretty standard. The problem is that I wear an 8.5 and they only come in whole sizes. 9 is too big. 8 fits okay except that my toes stick out a bit. The patten leather (or whatever material it is) digs into my feet, especially by my toes, literally cutting through the skin after a few minutes of walking. How can I stop this without wearing Dr. Sholl's blister bandages?

    hi..

im not sure about patten leather, but with my clear plastic shoes that did the same thing (cut into the top of my feet really bad) what i do every single night when im about to go out on the floor i put a pair of medium socks on (not to thick but not to thin) and use my hair dryer to blow dry the top of my shoes until the plastic is all floppy (takes like 1min per shoe) quicky put my foot in and walk around like that for 5 mins....go and have a smoke or finish your make up etc out the back then take the sock off and you feet fit!!!!! i have not had any horrible cuts or blisters since i started doing this.....only prob is i have to do this every night because during the day when my shoes are in my locker they shrink back.... its better than having cuts and blisters though!

    hope it works for you

another idea is to use a hair dryer on them. One more idea is to fill your tub in hot water and step in wearing your shoes. They mold to your feet after doing the second
