Has anyone ever danced in Hawaii, if so what are the best clubs over there? and how is the money? And mileage? I would greatly appreciate any comments that anyone could give on this topic, because I am considering going to Hawaii next month. Thanx!!

I have a REALLY good friend who lives on the big island so I will try to find out for you...last I heard she wasn't real happy since many/most of the locals have 0 $$$ and the touristy types can be very cheap...but let me find out for sure and what club and get back to you...but it may not be real encouraging...I think she mentioned making more $$$ cocktailing the other nights at a (normal dance type ) club than dancing...
Yeah, I've heard nothing but bad things about Hawaiian clubs. My boyfriend and I were thinking about moving there at one point and I looked in to dancing until we got on our feet. Best of Luck.
Hey. If you are used to some of the better "mainland" clubs, you may not be impressed with the clubs in Hawaii. I've learned it's really a matter of the night. Some nights it can be great - others it's horrible.
Hawaii in general is low milage. Most clubs don't do private dances. those that do have a no grinding rule but they usually are fully nude.
if you did younger military customers check out Centerfolds. Money can be alright but is sometimes affected as to whether it's a payday weekend or not. If you go there tell them Trouble sent you! (that's me!)
If you don't want to deal with younger guys I would try femme nu or rock za. i haven't worked at rock za but supposedly the two are run by the same family and are similar in format.
Femmnu usuall pays there girls a flat rate for coming in. tip out i think was like thirty dollars. you don't do rooms or dances. they have rectangular stages where on a busy night - several girls will pile onto and crawl around. If you do work here I would recommend getting a floor mat for your knees. This club is usally packed on friday nights.
Good Luck!!

when i went to school in Hawaii i was only 20 so iwasnt old enough to check out the clubs (they're so stict with id's there!)... but walking round Waikiki we found out from our local freinds that half the hot model looking girls just walking round were HOokers! we were so shocked!... they were so gorgeous... so my conclusion was that no way u can compete w girls like that and not even do anything except maybe lap dances... :-/

Ha! A couple of years ago we were staying at the W in Honolulu. My man had been out and I was going to take a cab to meet him at a restaurant. When I walked out the front door, done up for a night out, I saw a tall busty blonde in stripper heels and a miniskirt hand some cash to a guy by the valet stand before she got in her car. The guy at the door--who perhaps had been her client--grinned at me and said, "Working hard tonight?" He thought I worked with her . . .
I too haven't heard anything great about dancing in Honolulu, but if you could make enough to get by it certainly would be nice to live there for a while.

i know they're just regular REDICILOUSLY hot gilrs.. and the only way to tell are stripper heels.. but then, some dont wore regular shoes!! after we found out bout this we realized why ppl were acting the way they were towards us the first few nights we went out clubbing (obviously nyc style lol)
I experienced the Honolulu hookers as well. That was my evening entertainment. My friend and I would walk up and down the main drag (Kuhio St.) and count hookers. It was a blast. My jaw dragged the ground because 99% of those girls were drop dead gorgeous. I couldn't believe it. I have never experienced anything like that. I was used to the skanky hoes that stick around 4-corners on the north side of town back home. These girls could easily be top earners at my fave club, or most clubs. Fun to watch them, but kind of saddening at the same time. I did hear, however, some good things about Deja-Vu Showgirls, since it was right across the street from my hotel.

When me & beau visited Honolulu(waikiki area) in last July, I saw a lot of girls(stripper-look-a-like..makeup/outfit) on the street wearing stripper shoes and chatting up to the tourists, and I was REALLY wondering whether if they are hookers or just strippers who they trying to get customer on the street.(like in Roppongi,Tokyo my friend who worked at Divino -sister club of Tantra- told me that girls sometimes had to visit bars to bring customers in to the club during the working time).
Anyways, yes, the girls on the street were really pretty.. I still wish they weren't "hoeing"
I miss Hawaii by the way.. it's such a lovely place![]()

i thought there wasn't any SC on the Big Island? The only SC are on Oahu.
I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.
Kuhio St. in Waikiki is lined with them. Deja-Vu, Alley Cat's, Hawaii By Night, etc. I had the saem idea while watcing those girls (that maybe they were just dancers trying to get customers into the clubs) but that idea ended when my friend and I heard them propositioning, and saw a few follow johns into hotels.![]()

I haven't heard anything good about dancing in Hawaii either. If you're going there on vacation anyways and want to dance for a couple days, then it might be worth working at a strip club there, but I wouldn't go there just to dance.

So the most recent updates on hawaii are from 2007.
Anyone danced/dancing there? Curious about it.

They are more like "titty bars" There aren't any gentlemen's clubs, and local guys sadly have a very macho mentality. If you are used to the customers that adore you and worship you, good luck. Closest you will find is a club called 939. They have some good pole dancers and legit rules, no funny business. You still don't really get to pick your music, and if you aren't into this new rap/hip hop stuff ( I don't even know what it is) good luck.
Other bars just have girls go on stage with a "rug" and they just stay on their backs with their legs spread open fully nude and pull their garter every so often.
If there is alcohol there is no lap dancing.
Money is ehhh. 500+ is a good good night.

I have a dancer acquaintance who lives in Hawaii & she travels to make money....I'm guessing it's not awesome there.
& Yes it's crazy expensive there so people are a bit cheap with dancers. I have a relative there & he lives like a hippie so the cost of living doesn't bother him. But not everyone would enjoy the basic standard of living.

I've been reading for years now that Hawaii is not a dancers Market, since I was a babystripper in fact (15 years). However, I do find this thread disheartening & incredibly judgy. My guess is that these gorgeous "hookers" prob are working girls -perhaps former dancers even that realized dancing in Hawaii sucked & just moved on. My guess is that the girls your feeling sorry for hoeing or judging might be cleaning up very well. If you do the math of factoring in the cost of living, looking gorgeous (lord knows maintenance is not cheap & especially by Hawaiian prices and/or standards), possible cosmetic surgeries, and/or any other unforeseen costs or food/groceries there's no way that these "hookers" aren't doing at least decently to more than likely much better than any dancer or joe schmo out there. Just sayin, food for thought.
