I would cry.

I was 11 lbs and my mother had me vaginally without drugs (thanks Momshe is a regestered nurse and she claims she took stereroids for women with low birth weight babies so that I would be big. I don't know why. She had a theory. annnyyyyways....
she said that through most of the delivery she was "watching from the ceiling"
I'm now 5'11'', and very thankfull for it.

I actually read a study a few years back that said that the bigger the baby is when it's born the less likely they are to be over wieght as an adult. There is also a study that say's that larger babies are more intelligent.
Don't know how true that is. But I was a big baby(almost 10 pounds) so I like to believe that it is very true.lol.![]()

I was like under 4 pounds.. I COULDNT imagine!!
DANG i hope the mother took drugs.. my kid was10.3 didnt hurt thanks to the drugs... actually i slept through the whole thing *cept the pushing part*![]()
oh my god....that's big.
I saw this on the news this morning. I could NOT believe it. It was even more hard to believe when I found that the baby was delivered naturally. Apparently, Mom had gestational diabetes throughout her pregnancy, and that was the cause of the baby's large size. But damn, I've heard of that causing larger babies, not that large! He weighs at birth what a 6-month old infant should weigh LOL He is an adorable guy though, they showed video of him on the news.
My kids were:
6lbs, 6oz.
6lbs, 1oz.
5lbs, 15oz.
I cannot imagine having a baby larger than my Son, who weighed the most. OUCHY! lmfao

My kids were: 9lbs 8 oz and 8lbs 2 oz. A friend of mine who happens to be samoan and hawaiian her baby was 12lbs and after he would eat was 13lbs. And I thought that was a big baby.
I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.
I sure hope that woman had a c section...

OK that is just very scary. I had a sonogram yesterday and their estimate right now is that my baby is 4lbs 7oz and I have about 7weeks until my due date. I'm nervous enough about how big she's going to be because i want to go all natural if i can, but god 17lbs that must have been one damn large incision for the C-Section
She didn't deliver him vaginally (thank god!) it stated it was a caesarean.

Whew.. That makes me feel a little better then.. LOL
From the way they were talking even on the news, they made it sound like it was a vaginal birth.
Thank goodness.. LOL
ugh considering my CAT weighs 17 pounds, i couldnt freakin imagine something like that!!! how would you even be able to carry that around?? her stretch marks have got to be wicked... my mom was lucky, i was 4lbs 7oz and my sister was 3lbs 12oz.....
<Rhiannon_SW> :that's where Jimmy Hoffa went!* Rhiannon_SW gasps.
Ouch!! That must have been sore. My first son was 9lbs 12oz, and my second who was born 2 weeks ago was 4 weeks prem and he weighed 6lbs 6oz I would hate to think what he would have weighed had he gone full term, but oh I couldn't imagine 17lbs!
Fuck the epidural! Just coldcock my ass and wake me up when it's over!
