I'm just curious what causes some of you to feel burned out or tired of dancing.
The flexibility that this business gives us allows us to move to many different cities and find work within days, work when we want or choose our schedules, and not have to put up with the rat race of an 8-5 job, rush hour commutes and bosses breathing down our necks, plus the ability to control our earnings, earn more than most of us could at a salaried job, get cash money daily, and yet many of us still grow tired of stripping.
I know what things get to me in this business but I just wanted to see what things cause burnout in other dancers.

Only one more week then she is back.. not so yay.
I have no respect for her and she keeps showing her incompetance/abuse of her position over and over.
Whilst I used to let it get to me more than I do allow it now... it still does get to me. I still am
whenever I think or mention her. I dislike working with/around her and minimise my contact with her.
When you work alot of hours and days and therefore all you do is work, go home, sleep, wake up, eat, do some stuff, prepare for work, go to work... and repeat this routine for quite some time with only a day or two "break".... it can and does get to you.
That is how stripper burn-out got to me last week.
