If I had a kid interested in a first bike, I'd recommend something like the Honda Rebel.

250 cc. Plenty big enough to scoot around the city street driving, and small enough to not get you drunk with power too early. $2999, probably sells for less. Seat height, 26 inches.

    Comparables:

Yamaha Virago 250 sells for $3,499. 27-inch seat height.

    Suzuki GZ250. $3,199. Seat height, 27 inches.

Kawasaki Eliminator 125, $2,499. Seat height, 26 inches. The only thing, with an engine half as big, it's strictly town. Not a lot of power to rely on.

I don't know of Harleys, BMWs, Ducatis, Aprilias, or such bikes that offer beginner-sized models.

FYI - the Sportster that I mentioned above has seat hieght of 26 thus it name XL ( lower ) . My opinion is you need a bike with a little more umph in order to be able to power yourself out of dangerous situations the small cc bikes are okay it depends on what you want .

    Bikes don't brake like cars.

Bikes also don't break like cars.

    You still will break.

In any case.....Maybe a motor scooter like a Vespa class. Keep it under 35mph. I know, it's tough for KMart shoppers.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
