    Color Experience

I was inspired by all of the hair color threads to post this.

As many of you know, I use to have platinum blonde hair similar to Rose Delight's...

I had my hair colored to a dark chocolate brown several months ago....

I have to tell you guys, It has been quite an experiment/experience for me. I have been blonde all my life.

My money at the club has nearly tripled.... Many of the guys who would not get a dance before are begging me for dances. I get so many comments on my new hair. You would think in would be the other way around, but my customers say I look more exotic.... Maybe I am trying to look like Carmen Electra... LOL Yeah right, I wish!!!!

    Any similar experiences?

Yeah...when I started shaving my head, the woman who was cutting my hair lost about 20 bucks every 2 - 3 weeks.

I've always had blonde hair......I decided to dye my hair purple once. (I am odd, yes). It wasn't completely purple but it had a mix of dark red, and some purple highlights. It was done for Halloween, and I decided to leave the dye in.

I was walking in the mall, and some woman came up to me.....gave me $48 bucks and said, "....Here's some money, go get a real hair color".

Hey Vaden, because you use the "Bad Luck Blue Eyes" song in your sig (great song, BTW...I love the Crowes), I take it you have blue eyes? Cuz a blue-eyed brunette is a rare thing (only other that comes to my mind is Carol Alt). That might be why you get the "exotic" comments.

Blue-eyed brunettes aren't rare at all(I am one) More than likely, it's the shape of her face and facial features mixed with the new color.

Actually Mojo I have not been privileged enough to see any of Vaden's pics (except for her fine avatar)

Yes, The Oceans... I have blue eyes. That is what they have been saying is that my new color brings out my eyes more. I think I posted my eyes once in the eye thread. If it's not there, let me know.

how about green eyed brunettes? I feel so rare
Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop. Your normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop-heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

I think that blues and greens on brunettes are very exotic. I saw a girl once who had brown hair with purple contacts and I could not stop looking at her...

I have naturally green/brown/gold eyes (hazel). I went strawberry blonde once...and although I looked good with it...the color washed me out...made me look less tan...made my eyes not stand out as much...

But, with my dark hair...rarely a day goes by that someone doesn't comment on my eyes. I used to have blonde streaks through my hair. Now that Makayla's hair is the same color as mine...it looks so beautiful as the solid color (I have natural auburn and goldish tones in my hair as well) I decided to grow out my highlights and leave my hair it's natural color. Not only is it healthier...but I'm happier with it.
