    Default another HELP! post...

Hi guys. I haven't been on here in a while (i used to be Voodoo). But I stopped stripping for a while and now I'm thinking of doing it again this summer. I moving out to Portland for a couple months and I plan to really make myself over while I'm out there. Physically I could use some work, mostly in my butt and thighs. I have big thighs and I HATE them! (Usually I wear outfits with thigh-highs to mimimize them.) I want to be in good shape, so I can "show off" instead of hide. Also, I have to keep in mind that I'm not going to have access to a gym or elaborate equipment. So, here's the plan I have so far:

    1. Only eat meat once a week (vegetarian is the way to go, but I won't stick too it if I don't indulge a bit)
    2. Bike to/from work (I'm guessing I'll get a job 1-1.5 miles away)
    3. Do this (http://exercise.about.com/cs/butthip...s/l/blbutt.htm) workout routine (although possibly minus the ball one)
    4. Drink plenty of water and stay away from soda
    5. walk 0.5-1.0 miles/day

Okay, but what I really need is something that will turn my "tree trunk" thighs into "mini-skirt" thighs.

I am decently in shape compared to normal people, but not compared to "normal" strippers. I want to have a body that people will say "whoa!" to when I come back. I have (approx.) four months in which to do this, so I don't think I'm being unresonable. If everything goes well I may even try to get a job stripping out there one-two times a week.

does anyone know any websites or anything that will design a program to go to? I would love to join a gym, unfortunately I won't have my own car while out there. I need whatever advice you guys can give! (and if, by chance, anyone would like to design a workout routine for me I would give lots of *hugs* and *kisses* to.)

    Thanks!

how about your upper body? It sounds as if you are planning alot of lower body workouts. I would just up protein to 70 grams a day. Lower your carb intake (you need some good dietary fibers). Up the water any way possible, if you hate water like I do crystal lite works. Sorry to say but spot reducing does not work. Best chance is to up cardio overall and see if that takes off the extra fat wherever you carry it then to tone up using weights.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

Try these. They will kick your ass!

If you stick to it, dedicate yourself to either one and be committed, you will get the body you want. Proper nutrition is essential.

Yeah, I'm not too concerned with my upper body because all the toning I need there will come with the cardio. I know you can't spot-reduce but exercises specific to an area will tone muscle (even if it's under fat), while I'm taking off the fat with cardio.

And that first video looks good "Power Yoga." Do you have these videos? Are they really upbeat? Fun? I bought a pilates video before and it barely made me break a sweat, not to mention it was very boring.

So do you guys think that three months of biking 2-3 miles 5 times a week (in addition to power-walking 1 mile/day) will tone me up? Do I need to do more?
