I eat 6 very small meals a day. I got my menu from my nutritionist.. and it's great

Rose, I only eat about 2 well rounded meals per day but I also snack often. I might have cottage cheese and fruit or a yogurt and a sandwich, but really well balanced meals maybe twice...I do eat quite a bit of food though. I tend to eat large portions at a given time. I can eat a medium pizza by myself, I can eat 2 Big Macs...plus fries...

I usually have something for breakfast. Then snack the rest of the day. I usually only have one actual meal daily, at dinnertime.
I could probaly eat healthier. I eat way to many snacks,but I am a really hyper person so I usually am always running around doing something or another and will grab something on the go to make my hunger subside quickly.
I really want to start cooking meals. But honestly, I am just to lazy to do so![]()

I have probably the worst eating habits of anyone I know. I eat one, completely unbalanced meal a day - in the evening. Hi, Mr. Metabolism, you want to go slower. Slower, I tells ya!
I just can't face food in the morning, and I habitually work through my lunch break.
I eat five times a day, and try to make 2 of those meals bigger! Also drinking lots of water is awesome for your skin and sometimes when you have to wait to eat, I just drink a huge glass of water and it ties me over for a half hour or so.

I eat 4 times a day. Huge breakfast(it's the most important meal of the day, it has to be huge) snack on fruits, then lunch, then when I get home from work dinner before 6pm. And i'm good with that routine.
I was trying to do the 6 small meals a day, but I couldn't do it. It works well for others, but not for me. I guess, listen to your body.




I agree with you about the water cianna. I also drink loads of water and it defenitly helps get rid of bloating,and makes me feel more full.
Plus, like you said it's great for your skin.
I wish I could stop drinking soda. That stuff is horrible! I have a little addiction to it thoughI once stopped drinking it for 6 months and I felt so much better.
I need to give it up again. I feel slugish when i drink it so it's not doing me any good that's for sure.

I eat 4 times a day on average....and try not to eat after 8pm. I eat a big breakfast (fruit, toast, juice, canadian bacon, and maybe eggs) ..
Then for lunch I snack on maybe a Slim Fast and a bannana and apple. I snack on mini salads or more fruit some sort of carbs.
Then for dinner I eat like some protein (chicken or steak) and some veggies and maybe some rice.

Since I've quit drinking ( two weeks going now, yay!) I start with coffee in the first hour I'm awake, then a pretty good sized breakfast, and continually snacking on small portions throughout the day. I'll eat after I get home from work, but it's a small amount of lean protein. I find dancing to be a lot easier on my body now that I fuel it thru out the evening. Lots and lots of H2O! Pissin' like a racehorse!

Right now I have crazy eating habits! I usually try to keep it healthy with a lot of soy and fruit but occassionally slip (like today). I eat very little when I wake up and little until I am done work (which is now a regular office job by the way). Then I eat a lot when I get home and don't eat after that for awhile. Weird diet, I don't recommend it. Haven't gained any weight from my new weird eating habits however.




I went from eating 2 big meals a day to eating 5 smaller ones... that is 1 every 3-4 hours (you should never go 4 hours without eating). I have about 200-500 cals each meal and I only eat enough to stop the hunger.... and leave room knowing I will be eating again in another 3 hours.
At first I thought WTF!?? But now I actually get hungry every 3 hours and if 4 hours goes by without food; well someone is gonna get hurt! lol
I have notice a HUGE difference in my body composition (I am alot leaner now) and have more energy.
I have no energy.............. and eat one time a day.

It depends on where I am. If I'm around the house all day, I graze. But if I'm out of town for work or what have you, then I have one large meal and one small meal a day usually....no consistency.....

If I'm working or otherwise busy, I'll have one or two larger meals. I'm trying to start eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day because I heard it's better for your metabolism.
I tend to eat once a day around 3-4pm and then when I get home from work I snack on lunch meat. Its horrible but Im never hungry.. I think its all the stress from working, going to school and lining up babysitters. :/
