Im on my way now (gotta leave early because itll take 2 yrs. to leave LAX)lol. What makes New Orleans (the best) is it the cost of living or the great tippers or something else.Right now Im paying $1250 to rent a 2br thats eating up my savings and my rents being raised next month. Do you have any suggestions about any clubs to work there.I know you used to/still do work at the Gold Club there by reading your post. Thanx for the help.

I hear Houston is good. Are you really ready to make a move just for dancing. I don't want to discourage you, I just don't want you to get frustrated if you move. It best to go to a city with a lot of clubs..that way you can at least club hop until you find one that fits you. Can you try another club in your area? Maybe there's better money at other clubs near you?

Im pretty new to stripping. The club Im at right now isnt that bad (for L.A. standards) there isnt a lot of extras that go on , but the majority of guys will come here for the cheap beer specials and then go to the high mileage club afterwards. They expect a lot for the buck.I know relocating is gonna be hard (I have 2 kids)but I dont wanna stay here not making enough money for the cost of living. What ill probably due is keep my appt out here for a month or so just to see how I do dancing out there (Ive been there a couple of times so I know the cost of living there is nothing compared to L.A.) I just will never know if I dont try.

I would also add, this isnt the best time to make a move.

The industry will be slow for another 3 weeks across the country, then it will be a slow climb into our busy season and much better money.

I do pretty well in Palm springs. You might want to take a trip out from LA, Goldengirl. The club I work at the top girl is usually pulling in about $500 up to $800. My usual is $300 just an average, it goes up and down.

Actually, go try Cheatas in Hollywood. It believe it east on hollywood or sunset boulevard. You can find its address on strip club list. com..... Its a topless with pasties club..but I had a friend who used to dance there and they do pretty well. If you feel like driving down to Orange County then go to Captain Creams or Mr. J's, those girls do pretty well...and there are a lot of offices around there and a lot of guys go to those clubs after work. A guy friend of mine said the girls at Playpen in L.A. do well. Its nude but only on stage. He said that place gets busy. You should try another club if you're going to be there for awhile yet.

I have danced in every major city in the U.S. Including vegas, dallas, new orleans, n.y., chicago, myrtle bch, ct, and florida. All areas considered to be big money makers and I have to say if you can get hired in manhatten or chicago, those areas in my experience offer the highest earning without contact and much effort. Mostly conversation with big spenders. So I say definitely the U.S. over the others.

There is no point blank best place to strip.

With all of the anti dance ordinances passed over the last 8 years, the pickin's have gotten much slimmer for places where the dances provide enough contact for the guys to buy without there being outright sex involved.

You obviously don't want to dance where there is an enforced 1-3 foot rule, and where vice is in the clubs every other night either.

Tighter laws have caused dancers to flee crackdown areas and oversaturate cities and towns where they can still offer enough contact to get guys to buy.

You just have to experiment with different clubs in different areas. The US is probably the best compared to other countries, but it doesn't matter if a club is ritzy titzy or not. The best place to work is where a dancer can become popular and well liked by customers, and be able to get along well with management and other dancers.

Decent volume clubs where a dancer can build a good repeat clientele, and fit in well and be able to get her way are the ones dancers will be successful at. It doesn't matter if they are upscale or country. Good money can be made in either.

    Just test the waters.

New York has the most money! Definitely! Girls at my club average around $600-800 a night, most girls bring in around $1,200-$1,400, and I know a girl who made $2,400 in a few hours! It is soooo easy to make money here, and even if you have one off night, you'll probably do great the next!
