i havent tried it but i am very intrested in that particular product being that i still have a lil stubborn baby belly fat.......let me know how it goes....lmao relacor is on the tv commercials now...lol

..right now I am taking 6 friggin pills a day so that is a beat down. But I am also cutting out all carbs. I swear us girls and our bodies..... I will let you know how it works out

yer body NEEEDS everything to function....just eat yer carbs...even just one small portion- WHOLE wheat piece of bread or a low fat yogurt or fruit in the morning or early in the day. its just when people eat the nasty carbs-WHITE bread, WHITE pasta, potatoes, like all day long. but potatoes are good for you as long as you just use a lil butter and hold back on the sour cream. buy cheese made with skim milk or eat some garlic suateed potatoes using pam! (pam is awesoem btw!!!) they are good and pam is zero fat and cals while garlic makes up for the taste of not using butter or olive oil (which is a good fat, but use SPARINGLY) to saute them in. its a really good, filling snack and you can add ALLLL the garlic you want b/c its good for you. trust me, the adkins diet is a stupid diet....it's made for lazy ppl who want fast results and dont workout. bread, pasta and potatoes is one thing but please still try to at least get some fruit and yogurt<---GOOD for you carbs!!
and plus, you dance, that is ALOT of calories being burnt (if yer not drinking all night).
cutting out one whole food group doesnt work in the long run- it messes with yer metabolism and ARTERIES (if u go for adkins).
cutting carbs is one thing, but ALL carbs are for people extremly over weight so they can lose weight quickly, then reorganize their eating skills and incorporate exercise to keep it off. when you cut all carbs, you are suppose to slowly start eating them again when you lose yer weight, but usually ppl are so starved and craving them after so long they binge and PUFF right back up! and its an endless cycle. a lot of my moms friends do crazy fad diets and i see them thin one day and fat again like the very next week!! flip flopppin is not a good thing. i'd say just cut back on the carbs for now....dont go cold turkey girl! but good luck and if you DO decide to cut all carbs, pick up some vitamins that supplement them b/c you'll be draggin at work without carbs....
p.s. ALL alcohol are carbs....keep that in mind! if you cut out ALL carbs and have one drink, you mess it all up. its a very hard system to keep up with.

I agree. Cutting all carbs can cause your body to dump calcium and make you predisposed to osteoporosis!!! YUK! It's also very hard on your kidneys and causes bad breath through ketosis.
Just avoid the refined carbs like white bread, white pasta, donuts, twinkies, etc. Eat whole wheat and whole grains in moderation! Potatoes can be good for you. Pair it up with some veggies on the side, too.




nothing causes body to burn fat from a certain area... save your money and go talk to a good nutritionist and get a personal trainer.
