Hey guys!!
Do any of you guys have naturally muscular legs?? I am not fat but it just seems like my thighs are so much thicker than I am comfortable with. I get so friggin frustrated because it seems like when I run it makes them bigger and I swear it makes me sooooooooooo friggin discouraged. Is there anyone else out there in my boat and if so should I continue with the running. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH PLEASE HELP

but when I workout they get slimmer but they are still very muscley and show all the little muscles when I move or walk. It sometimes bothers me but theres no way to change as far as I know except proper diet and regular excersize with cardio or light wieghts.


When I first started running I noticed my legs seemed to get a bit bigger, but then the fat melted off and slimmed them down and all you could see was that lovely muscle definiton.
