    Smiley new to dancing

hello, my name is alexandria but my stage name is alexis. i actually have never thought that i would really dancing, i went in for another postion and came out a dancer, after i audition for it. my boss said i was a natural. the club isnt opened yet, and i cant wait for it to be opened . my fincaee already knows about it and he is ok about it, because he trusts me and knows that i love to dance very much. but here is my problem. i havent worked in 6 months and i have no money what so ever, so i was wondering if any of you ladies know where i could get clothes or shoes from anywhere, or any thoughts about anything. i love that there is a site that i can come to and talk to people about things that i will be going through. thanks.

Dont wait for the Club to open continue on to the next one that is,sometimes it takes a while for a club to open-City and State red tape-Keep your momentum going and go back once they are open-if they ask just say you were closed and i needed the money and hopefully you didnt do an audition for the cleaner while the bar was closed.

well if you have no money, dakota suggested the thrift store. you might find something you can work with, like at least a white men's shirt. unless you are willing to use a credit card, then you could just order online. I recommend flirtcatalog.com. I guess the cheapest online place would be ebay.

if you have pumps or stilettos you can wear those until you get enough to buy platforms, which should be by the time your first shift is over.

you have to have a garter though, there's no way around just buying that asap.

Just go to Ross or TJ max or old navy. Actually look in th old navy girls section they have really cute heart shirts and baby shorts..eaither way the clothes will be too short on you...but in a sexy way..and the clothes will be cheap. I know you don't have money..but can you borrow $20 from some one or look through your friends laungerie?

Good Luck! I just did an amateur contest and loved it! 3 songs and walked out with 100 bucks! I'm really broke too but what i did was go to Ross and bought a black skirt that had three layers then I just cut off the bottom two layers so now it's Super short and no one will be able tell that I bought it from Ross: Ross skirt- $6.99, Total dancer look for cheap: Priceless! I was able to buy some clearanced shoes on http://www.Krystels.biz website. Shipped to my door was 24 bucks, they aren't the greatest but they will work for a night or two.

    Hope everything goes great!!

You can get pretty cheap undies at Target and other department stores. The downside to that stuff is that it is VERY cheap -- pretty much made with the idea that some girl is going to wear it ONCE and her b/f is going to chew it off of her. Stuff that you're going to dance in will need to be of better quality.

As for outer clothes (skirts, tops, shoes, etc.), you'd be VERY surprised at what you can find at Goodwill and the Salvation Army store. I'm not kidding. Every Britney-wannabe in America bought this stuff when it was hot and then her Mom gave it away after a week or two.... in some cases, an hour or two!

That is weird, girl! My nickname was Skittle! My license plate says LTLSKTL. Something about skittles and dancing, I guess.
